The Effect On Haemorrheological Blood Stasis Model Rats In Platelet Biological Indicators By Using Buyang Huanwu Decoction,shaofu Zhuyu Decoctionand Danshen Decoction

Objectives:Copy the rat model of haemorrheological blood stasis syndrome,and were given for Buyang Huanwu decoction,Shaofu Zhuyu decoction,Danshen decoction three irrigation to the formulas.Around the model rats platelet biological indicators,to observe the effects of three of the formulas blood stasis model biology characteristics caused by the change of platelet.Clear attribute model of haemorrheological blood stasis syndromes;From platelet level reveals three different syndromes of haemorrheological blood stasis effect mechanism,expounds the difference.Method:The rats were observed in this article.and were orally administered Buyang Huanwu decoction,Shaofu Zhuyu decoction,Danshen decoction.Haemorrheological nature blood stasis group in accordance with the method of ice water bath and injection of epinephrine building 15 days in a row.After the last delivery,fast water for 24 h,16 days in urethane 1 mg·kg-1 anesthesia,fixed,common carotid artery blood,the indicators of measuring platelet related.Results:Compared with the blank group,the content of PLT decreased(P<0.01)significantly,the content of PDW?plasma viscosity increased(p<0.01)significantly,the content of cAMP was decreased(P<0.01)significantly in model group,the content of TXB2 increased(P<0.05)markedly,the content of FN increased(P<0.05)markedly,the content of?-TG increased(P<0.05)markedly.Compared with model group,Shaofu Zhuyu decoction could decrease the content of TXB2 markedly(P<0.05),increased the content of PLT significantly(P<0.01).And it could decrease the content of PDW?MPV?t-PA markedly(P<0.05).Then it decreased the content of ?-TG significantly(P<0.01),increased the content of PF4(P<0.05)markedly.Danshen decoction could improve the content of cGMP?PAI-1(P<0.05)markedly.And it could increase the content of cAMP?PLT?PF4 significantly(P<0.01),decreased the content of TXB2?PDW?MPV?plasma viscosity??-TG significantly(P<0.01).Then it reduced the content of t-PA?FN markedly(P<0.05).Buyang Huanwu decoction could improve the content of 6-keto-PGF1?(P<0.05)markedly,and reduce the content of plasma viscosity?PDW??-TG?t-PA(P<0.05)markedly.Then it could increased the content of PLT significantly(P<0.01),decreased the content of TXB2?MPV significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.This research adopts the ice water bath method and subcutaneous injection of adrenaline copy haemorrheological nature of blood stasis model,a significant rise in model group of PDW,plasma viscosity,PLT decreased significantly;the content of cAMP decreased significantly,TXB2,FN,beta TG were significantly increased.The rest of the change is not obvious.2.Buyang Huanwu decoction,Shaofu Zhuyu decoction,Danshen decoction can significantly decrease content of PLT,significantly reduce the PDW,MPV,blood plasma viscosity.From the macroscopic Angle,lowering the activity of platelet function.3.Shaofu Zhuyu decoction could treat haemorrheological nature blood stasis,but Danshen decoction,Buyang Huanwu decoction also has certain influence in platelet index on haemorrheological nature blood stasis model.4.Buyang Huanwu decoction,Shaofu Zhuyu decoction,Danshen decoction by adjusting the platelet aggregation,release reaction,improve the blood stasis formation condition.5.Danshen decoction can regulate blood platelet function by improving blood stasis formation condition.Buyang Huanwu decoction,Danshen decoction also regulate activity of fibrinolytic system.
