The Research Progress Of Mismatch Repair Genes Of Colorectal Cancer

In order to maintain the stability,integrity,and high fidelity replication of the genes,identification and correction the base-mismatch for preventing the insertion or deletion of some small nucleotide sequence mutation are normal functions of mismatch repair genes(MMR).Once the MMR system function defects to mutation,which will lead to tumor formation,especially withclosely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer(CRC).In this paper,some aspects are discussed in detail,including the pathogenic mechanism of CRC,the mechanism of mismatch repair genes,the research progress of the relationship of CRC and MMR and so on.In addition,looking forward to provide a better basis of theory for the clinical diagnosis and therapy of CRC,the prevention and detection are summarized as a whole.In the study of CRC,doing colonoscopy screening regularly to reduce the incidence of CRC and the discovery of some genetic biomarkers is improving the efficiency of diagnosis,thus,individualized treatment of these patients with molecular targeted drugs will bring hope to them.
