Purpose:Radiofrequency ablation and open operation excision with diameter<5 cm of primary liver cancer clinical curative effects. Methods:Retrospective analysis between January 2005 and December 2013,our hospital at the records of 233 patients with primary liver cancer~1 and liver and gallbladder surgery,119 cases with diameter<5 cm,57 cases of treatment group(RFA)and the control group(SR)of 62 cases compared two groups of clinical curative effects. Results:Radiofrequency treatment group 1,3,5 years after the overall survival rate was 91.2%,63.2%,56.1%,after 1,3,5-year disease-free surial rate was 82.5%,35.1%,21.1%;Control group 1,3,5 years after the operation the overall survival rate was 91.9%,64.5%,59.7%,1,3,5 years after disease-free survival rates were 83.9%,45.2%,25.8%,survival has no obvious difference between two groups.RFA group and postoperative recovery more scores faster, less complications, less costly, differences between the two groups have statistical significance. Conclusion:radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer resection of liver cancer treatment for liver cancer with similar therapeutic effect of radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer small trauma, easy operation, less postoperative complications, lower cost,is expected to replace open surgery for the treatment of small liver cancer.
