ObjectiveStudy on the processing technology of Lingnan Pao Tianxiong,find out and optimize single factors.Then the orthogonal test was designed to examine the processing technology of Lingnan Pao Tianxiong.We used the Lingnan Pao Tianxiong decoction with administrate by gavage to observe the acute toxicity of the mice in this study and proof the security in it.To find out and analyze the current using situation in clinical by distributing the questionnaires which will provide a reference for further safety evaluation of Lingnan Pao Tianxiong.Study on the quality of Lingnan Pao Tianxiong,and analyze the different qualities of Lingnan Pao Tianxiong,Pao Fupian and Sichuan Pao Tianxiong.Finally the quality standard of Lingnan Pao Tianxiong would be drafted by the experimental acute toxicity of the mice in this study,and explored the maximum dose of Lingnan Pao Tianxiong.We analyzed the different acute toxicity of Lingnan Pao Tianxiong,Pao Fupian and Sichuan Pao
