| Objective Observing the inflation reduction and percutaneous balloon of the producing after vertebral plasty(PKP)for thoracolumbar compression fractures of vertebral body shape changeMethods 90 cases of thoracolumbar compression were randomly divided into 2 groups,45 cases in each gmup.All patients in the 2 gmups were ordered to stay in hard bed with a soft pillow under the low back.Patients in the treatment group were treated with hyperextension traction elastic pressure combined with PKP,while the others in the contml gmup were treated with monotherapy of PKP.before and after operation were observed after the restoration of anterior vertebral height,Cobb’s angle changes、visual score(VAS)of pain、Oswsetry disability index(ODI)and the incidence of postoperative complicationsResults the incidence of corresponding data comparison of paired anterior height and Cobb’s angle、visual score(VAS)of pain before and after treatment were compared between the two groups were summarized、Oswsetry disability index(ODI)and extracorporeal inflation reduction and kyphoplasty after vertebral complications,There was statistical difference in the anterior border height of injured vertebrae between different time points,in other words,there was time effect(treatment gmup:(12.81±4.67)mm、(21.43±5.12)mm、(23.18±4.79)mm;contml gmup:(12.97±3.84)mm、(16.18±4.67)mm、(16.85±5.34)mm;F=24.37,P=0.034).There was statistical difference in the anlterior border height of injured Vertebrae between the 2 gmups in general,in other words,there was grouping effct(F=5.376,P=0.000),The anterior border height of injured Vertebrae of contml gmup was less than that of treatment gmup at posttreatment time points(t=3.067,P=0.000;t=6.245,P=0.000)and there was no statistical diffrence between them at pretreatment time point(t=2.173,P=0.234).There was interaction between time factor and gmuping factor(F=35.835,P=0.000)。There was statistical diffrence in kyphotic Cobb ande between difrerent time points,in other words,there was time effct(treatment group:(22.8。±7.4。)、(10.53。±4.8)、(8.3。±3.6。)degrees;control group:(20.15。±1.57。)、(15.53。±3.2。)、(12.74。±1.480;F=22.46,P=0.024).There was statistical difference in kyphotic cobb angle between the 2 groups in general,in other words,there was grouping effect(F=5.624,P=0.000).The kyphotic cobb ande of control gmup was higher than that of treatment group at posttreatment time points(t=2.084,P=0.000;t--4.825,P=0.000)and there was no statistical difference between them at pretreatment time point(t=1.624,P=0.240).There was intemction between time factor and gmuping factor(F=36.483,P=0.000).There was statistical difference in VAS of lower back pain between different time points,in other words,there was time effect(treatment gmup:(7.62±1.53)、(2.05±1.64)、(1.52±1.24)points;contml gmup:(7.58±1.73)、(3.43±1.27)、(1.78±1.36).there was statistical diffrence in the VAS oflower back pain between the 2 groups in general,in other words,there was grouping effect(F=1.104 P=0.032).The VAs flowerback pain of control group was higher than that of treatment gmup at posttreatment time points(t=1..64,P--O.047;t-1.184,P=0.04)and there was no statistical difference between them at pretreatment time point(F=3.672,P=0.048).There was interaction between time factor and gmuping factor(F=30.821,P=0.013).There was statistical diffrence in the ODI between different time points,in other words,there was time effect(treatment gmup:(80.68±4.21)、(30.36±4.83)、(21.23±4.61)points;control gmup:(80.74±4.61)、(33.72±5.72)、(31.48±5.31);F=36.74,P=0.000).There was statistical difkrence in the ODI between the 2 groups in general,in other words,there was gmuping effect(F=3.672,P=0.048).The ODI of control group was higher the that of treatment group at posttreatment Time points(t=7.254,p=0.024;t=4.061,P=0.03 8)and there was no statistical difference between them at pretreatment time point(F=3.542,P=0.304).There was interaction between time factor and gmuping factor(F=26.847,P=0.026).No complications such as nerve injury,spinal cord injury and infection were found in the 2 groupsConclusion the inflation reduction combined with PKP treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture morphology changed obviously can effectively restore vertebral body height;reduce kyphosis,improvement of Cobb’s angle and the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the function of the vertebrae... |
