The Influence Of The ’Manipulation Of Supine Position Traction’ To The Neck Type Of Cervical Spondylosis On VAS And Cervical Curvature C Value

Objective The clinical research to the curative effect of the manipulation of Supine position traction in treatment of Neck type of cervical spondylosis.physiological Cervical curvature(C value)measured by Borden method and Visual analogy score(VAS)were observed on prior treatment and post-treatment in the two groups,and then we compared them two indicators on prior treatment with them on post-treatment..It provides certain theoretical reference for the further research on the physiological curvature change and pathog.enesis of cervical spondylosis as well as the objective evidence for the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis..At the same time,the study’ on Quantitative Indicators of Visual analogy score(VAS)lays the foundation for the further exploration to analgesic therapy mechanism of Tuina,Method 80 patients with Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Tuina therapy,whereas others in the treatment group were treated with conventional Tuina therapy combined with manipulation of Supine position traction.physiological Cervical curvature(C value)measured by Borden method and Visual analogy score(VAS)were observed and compared on prior treatment and post-treatment in the two groups.meanwhile,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results There were significant differences(P<0,05)to VAS and cervical spondylosis C value on prior treatment compared with them on post-treatment in the both groups.the Clinical effect,Visual analogy score(VAS)and cervical spondylosis C value in The treatment group were better than them in the control group.Conclusion Manipulation of Supine position traction plays an important role to improve physiological curvature and relieve Painful symptom in neck type Cervical Spondylosis patients.lt can strengthen the effect on the conventional Tuina in treatment of Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis.Manipulation of Supine position traction has been proved safely,effectively,economically,conveniently.It is worth to be applied in clinic.
