Research On The Safety Management Of Narcotic In Operating Room

Narcotics have great value in clinical therapy when they are under the strict supervision,but they may also become drugs and disturb the public peace for its addictive nature if it encountered with the compulsive seeking for abnormal need.The safe management of narcotics causes high attention at home and abroad.Lots of relevant laws and regulations are established to eliminate the social evils.An increasing number of scholars put forward to relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to improving the management of narcotics.Considering the demand of sterile environment and personnel access control and interference factor,few studies have been carried out on the management of narcotics in the operating room,It means that the current management level of narcotics in the operating room is still low.The thesis takes the G hospital as a research example,investigating the present situation of narcotics' safety management in the operating room,which includes the organization structure,human resources,circulation management process and so on.Then it uses the method of fault tree analysis to find out the event factors of quality errors,quantity errors,prescription errors and ampoule errors based on previous safety management accidents.Ultimately it anticipates 14 kinds of failure modes and designs the corresponding safety management countermeasures.In order to improving the safety managerial level of narcotics,this thesis is used to attempt to consummate narcotics' safety management in the operating room from two aspects:1.Improve the hardware facilities.(1)Creating the satellite pharmacy in the operating room to realize integrated distribution;(2)Introducing the SPD logistics system which is oriented with Internet of Things technology to realize medicine traceability and lot control;(3)Establishing Anesthesia Information Management System to realize paperless operation;(4)Installing fingerprint security access system,camera,and alarm device to prevent narcotics from losses.2.Optimize the process system.(1)Dividing the anesthesia surgery department into the leadership team of controlled substances,while equipped with resident pharmacist to be responsible for scheduling management of narcotics,and reinforcing personnel's training to improve organizational structure of narcotics' management;(2)Optimizing process of narcotics acceptance,storage,distribution,use and recycling,which can help to improve the efficiency of circulation,to reduce distribution costs,and to ensure the safety of narcotics;(3)Setting up a long-term supervision mechanism.The safety management countermeasures mentioned above improves the management level of narcotics in the operating room,while offering reference for other hospitals.
