ObjectiveStudy the effect of female age on salt sensitivity, understand the woman's menstrual cycle and the relationship between salt sensitivity, understand the menopausal women patients with high blood pressure of salt sensitivity. To provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of female hypertension, guide them to improve diet as soon as possible, advocate a low salt diet. Pay more attention to prevention and treatment of high blood pressure before and after menopause women, reducing the occurrence of heart cerebrovascular accident. MethodSelect 300 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital clinic of women, five ages, respectively, 18 ~ 24, 25 to 34, 35 ~ 44, 45 to 55 years old and above 55 years old, each age 60. It can be divided into two groups at random, a group of patients with no salt intake, and daily intake greater than 5 g, this is a test group; A group of patients, control intake below 5 g, this is the control group. Three months on the blood pressure monitoring on a regular basis, and in three months after the blood pressure data before and after the analysis evaluation. Every time random check all use of the questionnaire to evaluate patients, other interference factors. And at the same time to our hospital physical examination of health adult women as a group. Chi-square test count data, comparison between groups use t test to P < 0.05 for the significant difference, statistically significant. Female patients with high blood pressure through the analysis of the data from the difference between different age groups of salt sensitivity. ResultExcluding some subjects were missing or not adhere to the test needs a total of 7 patients with the salt. The control group, 1 case of 18 ~ 24, 45 to 55 years old in 2 cases, patients, 1 case of 18 ~ 24, 45 to 55 years old in 1 case, 55 years old or above in 2 cases. Two groups of patients in the cultural degree, economic conditions, the mean number of pregnancy and mean arterial pressure before test and after statistics test had no obvious difference, P > 0.05, comparable. Experiment results show that found in the control group were all ages mean arterial pressure fluctuation is not obvious, range in 5 ~ 10 mmHg, average(7.8±0.6) mmHg, experimental group participants all ages mean arterial pressure fluctuation is obvious, range in 15 ~ 25 mmHg, average(20.6±1.1) mmHg, compared with control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Mean arterial pressure group each age since the second week of increased significantly, compared with before the test, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Mean arterial pressure group each age since the second week is significantly higher than the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Starting from the second week, 18 ~ 24 in the experimental group, two groups of blood pressure fluctuation difference between 25 to 34, small, mean arterial pressure range at 20 ~ 40 mmHg,(31.5±3.8) mmHg, on average, 35 ~ 44 group mean arterial pressure range in age from 25 to 40 mmHg,(33.5±4.6) mmHg, on average, Menopause and 55 group blood pressure fluctuations in 30 ~ 50 mm Hg,(43.6±2.2) mmHg, on average, Menopause is compared between groups and 55 group is significantly higher than other groups, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Salt sensitive female patients with high blood pressure, increased gradually along with the age growth. Female menstrual period hypertension mean MBP is generally higher than that of early and later, in the control group before the age of 34, such volatility, there is no obvious difference(P > 0.05), but the experimental group women in menstrual period of blood pressure was significantly higher than that of control group, and increased with age and increased; Control over 35 people, its mean MBP fluctuation before and after menstruation, menstrual period on a business trip of the opposite sex, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion 1. Different ages women the incidence of hypertension are positively related with salt sensitivity, salt sensitivity affected by age, along with the age growth. 2. The woman's menstrual cycle, have influence on salt sensitivity, the menstrual period is sensitive to salt is higher than the menstrual period, its performance for menstrual period average blood pressure is higher than the menstrual period. 3. Menopausal women on salt sensitivity higher, salt sensitivity of hypertension patients before menopause women, affect blood pressure levels after menopause. 4. Chronic salt sensitive judgment and salt load test are basically identical.
