Objective:Analysis of using collagen membrane in guided bone regeneration after implantation. In nowadays,Medical tissue guided regeneration collagen membrane is more widely apply to periodontal surgery and implantation, especially in immediate implantation after tooth extraction and bone defects of dental implant surgery.Guided tissue regeneration(GTR)technique has been approve in enhancing alveolar bone repair and cell regeneration. Methods:From September 2014 to October 2016,1 case of anterior tooth missing and 9 cases of unilateral posterior tooth missing were selected for various types of implanted patients at the Taiwan Dental Clinic. All patients underwent various implant surgery. The surgical methods included maxillary sinus surgery, immediate implantation,GBR.All 14 implants received a insertion torque of 35 Ncm at 3-6 months after implantation. In the period of surgery, because the need to observe the collagen membrane in the clinical epidermal cells and gingival cells can inhibit the accumulation in the roots, but only periodontal ligament cells and bone cells concentrated in the repair area.Patients should be removed at 2 weeks,1 month,2 months,3 months later to observe changes in soft tissue and the formation of keratinized gums. And for follow-up visits, referral intraoral photos and X-ray film and check the implant and the upper structure of the connection, adhesion, stability,as well as healing of the abutment and keratinized gum stability, support tooth and implant Connection status, patient satisfaction with respect to the chewing function and aesthetical aspect of the denture.Result:None of the 14 implants was loose and the implant survival rate 100%.Except for two cases,All of them were single crown. All the oral mucosa had no abnormalities. There were no loosening, fractures, shaking in the connection between implant and abutment restoration. No complications were found. All patients were satisfied with the implant and restorations after reconstruction.Only one case of central incisors, owing to periodontal disease led to alveolar bone atrophy, however, guided bone regeneration was performed using collagen membrane after tooth extraction,But no increase in alveolar bone to the original height, which led to incisors too long affect the appearance.Because in the preoperative have told the patient his own conditions that the patient can accept the present situation. Conclusion:The clinical report shows that collagen membrane and bone graft in combination to provide initial physical fixation of bone graft, and form selective bone growth, barrier epithelial tissue, grow into bone defects, guide bone formation.Collagen membrane in the clinical operation is simple, and easy to control. The disadvantage is that cost will increase the patient's burden, but there are literature shows that collagen membrane can be absorbed, but the absorption time is uncertain, and easily lead to inflammation. In this clinical 10 cases, this phenomenon did not occur. In these 10 cases of clinical application, should pay attention to postoperative to avoid oral movement, because the movement of collagen membrane, causing poor healing or failure?...
