Case Study Of Hypertension:the Construction Of Ontology Of Chronic Disease And Its Reusing Pattern

Being used as rigorous scientific medical knowledge sources,clinical guidelines make great contribution to the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the community.Clinical guidelines are of significance in guiding clinical practice of medical institutions.Although they are generally accepted medical structure with the doctors,the guides in the form of text are not very convenient in clinical practice.To solve the bottleneck of the guidelines in the medical field,and to improve efficiency,it is urgent to turn the text into computer-accessible ontology knowledge system for a more accurate and convenient guide for doctors' clinical practice,disease prevention and treatment of community,self-health management of patients.According to the relevant technical field of artificial intelligence,using the method of information management and knowledge organization will change the text into the form of knowledge base.Research on Intelligent Home Care Platform based on Chronic Disease Knowledge Management(71661167007).Taking the field of hypertension as an example,this paper uses Guidelines for Hypertension Prevention and Treatment,Version 2010 as related knowledge sources of information and knowledge set to transform the guidelines into knowledge base.Using the ontology technology to provide information to not only doctors but patients and the communities.Based on the ontology,it brings us the pattern of deconstruction various types of chronic disease guidelines.And building a framework ontology for reusing others single diseases with the support of knowledge discovery can truly help spreading health knowledge among patients.The main research work of this paper as follows:First,this paper uses Guidelines for Hypertension Prevention and Treatment,Version 2010 and protege to build an ontological knowledge base,which ensures an accurate and scientific construction of the ontology.Second,the construction of chronic disease framework ontology by taking the hypertension knowledge base integration as an example,the integration of electronic health documents,clinical guideline for health management system.In the process,we combine with the content of the guidelines for prevention and treatment of hypertension,the use of SWRL to construct rules of hypertension,these rules provide the basis for ontology reasoning.Finally,this paper implements guidelines ontology and reasoning machine Jess for reasoning function,completes the ontology and mapping SWRL rules to Jess fact base and rule base conversion.And from the perspective of doctors,this paper designs a semantic retrieval system.In the process of constructing ramework ontology of chronic diseases,with the combined ontologies and guidelines as examples,the specific way of knowledge reuse is proposed a model to build ontology clinical guidelines for chronic disease,provides the idea and direction of the formation of chronic disease comprehensive health management system in the future.
