A Cross-sectional Study On The Distribution Of High Risk HPV Infection And Cervical Lesions In The General Female Population Aged 18-45 Years

Objectives:This article aims to investigate the distribution of high risk HPV infection and cervical lesions and the correlation between them,.In this study we also analyzed the risk factors of High degree of cervical lesions and provided epidemiological data.for screening and vaccine development.Methods:7372 asymptomatic women were recruited in Shanxi Yangcheng,Henan Xinmi,Hebei Fengning,Jiangsu Funing and Guangxi Liuzhou from November 2012 to July 2013.Serum was collected at enrollment to detect HPV 16/18 neutralizing and Ig G antibodies.We also collected cervical exfoliated cells for liquid-based cytology and HPV DNA detection,colposcopy was used according to clinical guidelines.Results:Overall,the prevalences of any HPV,any oncogenic HPV were 19.48%(95%CI:18.58-20.40%)and 14.77%(95%CI:13.97-15.60%).The top five high-risk HPV types were HPV 52(5.04%),16(2.63%),51(1.90%),58(1.47%),39(1.44%).There were regional differences and age trends in cervical lesions,and there was a regional difference in the distribution of HPV infection rates but no trend was found between age groups.Neutralizing antibodies are weakly consistent with Ig G antibodies,Regional difference also founded in HPV 16/18 neutralization antibody induced by natural infection.Age cumulative effect was found.in HPV 16 neutralizing antibody,but there were no statistical difference in HPV 18 neutralizing antibody between agegroups.People who not exposed to HPV 16 or 18(HPV 16/18 DNA-negative and neutralizing antibody-negative)were above 97%in each region and age group.CIN1 +and CIN2 + lesions were the major risk factors for regional,high-risk HPV infection,HPV 16 neutralizing antibody-positive.Conclusion:Regional differences of Cervical lesions and HPV infection exists in these five sites of this study.HPV infection rate of 18-45-year-old female in China is higher,older age group women also have a greater risk of infection.Compared to bivalent and 4-valent vaccines,the 9-valent vaccine can more effectively prevent high cervical cancer precancerous lesions,.At present,most 18-45 years old women still belong to the HPV 16/18 vaccine suitable vaccination group.
