Based On The Stakeholder Theory About New Farming And Payment Reform

In recent years,the problem of the excessively rapid growth of medical costs is particularly serious,severely hampered the healthy development of the medical insurance in our country,which has restricted actual benefit level of participating farmers.The costs payment reform of health care is regarded as a central part of the health care reform problem,and has very important practical significance for the rational utilization of health care resources,making service medical behavior more standardize and controlling unreasonable rose of medical expenses.This thesis is based on the stakeholder theory,and Combined with the literature analysis,comparative analysis,empirical analysis to to analyze the relationship between the various stakeholders in farming and payment.Find out imbalances between the current existing problem in the process of our country's new payment reform and interest among stakeholders of reform,and try to explore a path which is suitable for China's national conditions in the practice of new farming and payment reform.After that,we can effectively solve the problem of the excessively rapid growth of medical costs,reducing the economic burden of patients,maximizing benefit level of participating farmers and keeping safe operation of the medical insurance fund in a win-win situation.Full text main structure is as follows:The first part is the introduction section.First of all,through elaborating the background of this article,and briefly explains the goal and the significance of this article.In addition,carding the research status of payment reform at home and abroad,to master the development of the reform dynamics,then determines the research's subject and direction.Finally,this study also recommendes the innovations,methods and deficiencies of this thesis,etc.The second part is about the theory and the definition part.Origin and application of Stakeholder theory are introduced,and recommended game theory,defined the relevant concepts of interests balance and payment method,and then the main mode of payment and the advantages and disadvantages of various payment methods are detailed described.The third part is about status introduction of the new farming payment reform.Elaborated our country the development of new farmers and payment reform,and points out that China's current payment reform results and the problems existing in the reform process.The fourth part is about game analysis among the stakeholders for the new farming and payment reform.This part mainly discusses the impact and role of major stakeholders like farmers,medical institutions,the doctor group,new farming agency organization and administrative department.The fifth part is about path and countermeasures of the new farming and payment reform.This chapter is based on the current status of China's national conditions and medical health system reform,from the perspective of interest balance,trying to explore a kind of benefit equilibrium mechanism,balancing demands of interests of various stakeholders,maximizing the reform effect.
