The cardiac as the heart of circulatory system,the surgery is difficult to carry out for its high-risk characteristics.With the in-depth study,heart operation model of virtual surgery system solve this problem and provide a reliable and interactive platform,meanwhile reducing the difficulty of clinical operation links.Virtual surface modeling has high scientific value and research significance as the most basic.According to the existing research,the operational speed and the precision is not enough,this paper constructs a high-precision three-dimensional reconstruction model of the cardiac surface with visualized human heart surface,using the point cloud after normal vector correction,adding iso-surface optimization,the interpolation constraint and the shielding factor to realize the rapid and accurate generation of the three-dimensional model of the cardiac surface.This paper research work mainly includes:(1)Extract heart surface image object information.In order to eliminate the impact of equipment,environment and other factors as much as possible,adding registration and enhancement process for color images,using distortion correction and regional tailoring to achieve pixel interpolation.(2)Achieve the heart surface point cloud data acquisition.Based on the vagueness of VHP images,use the fuzzy c-means algorithm to extract the target pixels from the slice image,and transform the image coordinates and spatical coordinates to generate the point cloud data of the heart surface.(3)Using a de-noising smoothing algorithm for the point cloud.The idea is proposed for the particularity of the surface of the heart,after outlier filtered,normal vector estimated,using the trilateral filtering of reserving feature for adaptive sampling points to form a new point cloud.(4)Three-dimensional reconstruction of cardiac surface.Through the iso-surface optimization,the interpolation constraint and the shielding factor are introduced,an efficient and high-precision three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm of cardiac surface is obtained.An interactive experiment system of high-precision 3D reconstruction of the heart surface is showed in the end of this paper.Realize the concrete steps,implementation process and future prospect of each process.The experimental results show that the 3D reconstruction method of heart surface not only achieves higher precision requirement,but also improves the speed of operation.The surface of the heart has a certain universality.For the pathological study of heart disease has a very important guiding significance.
