| Breast cancer is a kind of cancer with the highest incidence in female malignant tumors.The incidence and mortality of breast cancer are increasing year by year.The study shows that early treatment and early treatment is an important means to improve the survival rate and improve the quality of life of the patients.With the promotion of the "12th Five-Year plan" medical information plan in China,the continuous application and popularization of all kinds of digital imaging diagnostic methods provide technical support for early diagnosis and early treatment of breast cancer.The high-precision breast PET imaging technology is one of the representatives.The special PET(positron emission Mammography for short)is a new special equipment for the diagnosis of breast disease.The principle is the same as the whole body PET used in clinical practice,but the performance of PEM is better in spatial resolution and sensitivity.Clinical studies have shown that PEM can diagnose malignant lesions earlier than conventional methods(mammography,ultrasound,NMR,etc.)by quantitative analysis of metabolic characteristics.Improving the accuracy and automation of quantitative analysis and eliminating the errors caused by different operators can help improve the diagnostic accuracy and reduce the workload of image diagnosis doctors.Therefore,automatic extraction,quantitative analysis and information mining of lesions in PEM images,which provide more information for clinicians to make precise diagnosis and treatment plan,has become an important development direction in this field.This article focuses on the quantitative analysis of breast specific PET.The imaging principle and image characteristics of PEM system and the problems of quantitative calibration and target area extraction are analyzed.A quantitative calibration method and a focus extraction method applicable to the system are put forward,and implemented in PEM system.In general,the main research content of this topic can be divided into two parts:From 1.target areas: although compared to the spatial resolution of PEM system and general PET has improved greatly,but limited to the breast itself on drug metabolism absorption limit,PEM image signal-to-noise ratio and contrast are relatively low,brings great difficulties for automatic extraction of the lesion,and image segmentation is the key foundation of image feature extraction the.Therefore,the PEM image segmentation under the condition of high noise and low contrast is the key problem to be solved first.In this paper,a corresponding image segmentation method is designed based on the PEM imaging mode to extract the target area,including the extraction of the breast region and the extraction of the focus area.2.system calibration and application of quantitative difference PEM system in different subjects of breast size and metabolic changes in absorption and other aspects of the collection of data will cause the count rate difference is very large,the difference caused by dead time characteristics of the quantitative effects of the accuracy of the equipment according to the characteristics of the proposed calibration method is suitable for the quantitative PEM,and this method is integrated into the PEM platform;semi quantitative analysis index commonly used in clinical practice as an example,introduces the influence of the certainty factors,clinical data and calculation SUV;he quantitative analysis index TNR is also introduced,and the relationship between TNR and SUV is preliminarily explored. |
