Clinical Observation Of Scalp Cluster Acupuncture As The Main Methed For Treatments Of Liver Qi Stagnation Type Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Research objective:The clinical observation method is used to objective evaluate the clinical effect of scalp clumps of treatment for diseases with ease depression clinical observation;broaden the acupuncture treatment of scalp clumps of treatment for diseases with ease depression;provide the necessary basis for seeking more effective treatments for ease depression in order to get better promotion and application.Research Methods:60 patients included in the standard of the Fourth Department of acupuncture and moxibustion in outpatient and hospitalized patients of First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,according to the principle of random grouping,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was intervened by scalp cluster needing plus acupuncture at Conception Vessel points including Tiantu(CV22),Danzhong(CV 17),Zhongwan(CV12)and Xiawan(CV10);in the control group,Shenmen(HT7),Daling(PC7),Neiguan(PC6),Qimen(LR14),Xinshu(BL15),Hegu(L14)and Taichong(LR3)were selected.The treatments were given once a day,6 sessions followed by 1-day interval as a treatment course,for successive 8 courses in total.The clinical efficacy was observed before and after treatment in the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,and the score of the TCM syndrome scale.Overall curative effect was evaluated by the score of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and SPSS 17.0 to statistics was applied.Research Results:1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores all decreased.After 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups,the above score indicators were compared between groups and within groups,there was a significant difference,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving anxiety disorder.2.After 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups,the above score indicators were compared between groups and within groups,there was a significant difference,with statistical significance(P<0.05)which showed that both groups of methods were effective in improving TCM syndromes.At the same time,the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment:P<0.05,with statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the effect of TCM syndromes.3.Efficacy Determination:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 83.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both the scalp cluster needing plus acupuncture at Conception Vessel points and the ordinary acupuncture method have an effect on treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.2.The scalp cluster needing plus acupuncture at Conception Vessel points shows significant advantage in treating generalized anxiety disorder compared to the ordinary acupuncture method in scoring of HAMA,SAS and TCM.3.The scalp cluster needing plus acupuncture at Conception Vessel points shows significant advantage in treating generalized anxiety disorder compared to the ordinary acupuncture method.
