Renal Invaded By Febrile Disease Of Qi Activity Patternts Of Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: This paper is to investigate the treatment of febrile diseases in kidney disease experience since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,sum up the cause of kidney qi disorder and warm evil into the kidney after renal temperature descending trend differentiation rule,and sum up the corresponding syndromes and treatments,in the hope of enriching the febrile disease syndrome----ascending,descending,exiting and entering differentiation,and providing the basis for further clinical guidance.Methods:The author illustrates the renal physiological function and pathological manifestations of the kidney.By collecting and reorganizing the ancient and modern studies on Renal invaded by Febrile Disease,especially those studies since Ming and Qing Dynasties,together with modern clinical experience,the author gives her conclusion on this diagnostic system.Results: The author find that the the warm pathogen effect on kidney mainly lies in two aspects: Firstly,the warm pathogen leads to the dysfunction of the kidney in storing the essence and Qi;secondly,warm pathogen affects the ascending,descending,exiting and entering between kidney and other organs.For the first aspect,the dysfunction of the kidney includes insufficient yin-fluid,and scanty urine or unfavorable water solution of the abnormal;If the damp heat evil keeps lingering,or the kidney yang is damaged,the Liquid water is also abnormal.For the second aspect,the warm pethogen affects kidney’s adjustment and control on the Qi lifting up and down of other organs,which can be seen on the abnormality of spleen’s ascending lucidity and descending turbidity,live’s abnormal discharge,the bladder’s opening and closing.The latter is warm pathogen into the kidney,kidney Yin is burned,water-fire imbalance is destroyed;or yin-fluid depletion,water does not contain wood,qi-movement disturbance.The warm pathogen comes to the kidney through Middle Jiao and is also hidden in the weak body.It can be expeled from the body by Sweat pores and lower orifices and cured.It also goes through the Meridian of Shaoyang and Shaoyin and makes the body remain ill.The treatment of the warm pathogen is that,according to the situation in the light of its general trend,search tick Yin evil heat,and give way to evil.Treatment of Yuyin Qianyang,search through evil collaterals,imbalance betweenheart-yang and kidneyyin,nourishing yin for calming endogenous wind,give heate to gas and water,promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels.Conclusion: It is appropriate to use the ascending,descending,exiting and entering differentiation to differente and treat the disorder of qi activity,when febrile diseases intrude into kidney.
