Clinical Observation Of X Shape Cross Balance Acupuncture Treatment For The Patient With Stiephenopodia After Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of X shape cross balance acupuncture in the treatment of posterior strephenopodia of stroke and to explore the mechanism of X shape cross balance acupuncture in the treatment of posterior strephenopodia of stroke,and to provide a better treatment for clinical practice.Methods:Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria,60 cases of patients with post stroke varus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with an average of 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given X shape cross balanced acupuncture: acupuncture at the ipsilateral lower limb acupuncture points with contralateral upper limb acupuncture points for the main treatment;the control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the patients were treated with ankle joint angle,Fugl-Meyer lower limbs function,Holden walking function grade and lower limbs Brunnstrom staging to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.This subject is the first time to treat the posterior strephenopodia of stroke with the treatment of the ipsilateral lower limb acupuncture points and the contralateral upper limb acupuncture points.Results: The overall efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 80.0%,so the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.The effective rate of the two groups was P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Strephenopodia angle evaluation: the angle of Strephenopodia of the treatment group and the control group both had a significant change after the treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;compared between the groups after treatment,the angle of Strephenopodia of the treatment group was improved more obviously than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Fugl-Meyer lower limbs motor function score: There was significant difference in Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;compared between the groups after treatment,the Fugl-Meyer lower limbs motor function of the treatment group was improved more obviously than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Holden Walking function rating: the walking function of the two groups both were improved after the treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.But compared with the control groups,there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Lower limb Brunnstrom staging: The lower limb Brunnstrom staging of the two groups both were improved after the treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.But compared with the control groups,there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of X shape cross balance acupuncture on the strephenopodia after stroke is better than the control group.It can effectively relieve the degree of varus after stroke and improve the motor function of lower limbs.
