Objective: To analyze the related factors influencing the recurrence and metastasis and survival time of stage ? non-small cell lung carcinoma patients after the radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma. Methods: Totally 144 cases of patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma received the radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma(postoperative pathological staging: IA stage and IB stage)in the thoracic surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were followed up for 3-5 months;the related factors(sex, age, chemotherapy, operation method, pathological type, pathological stage, differentiation degree, and lymph node dissection range)influencing the survival time as well as recurrence and metastasis time were analyzed by using ?2 test or univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis of t test, and the differences in the recurrence and metastasis time as well as survival time were tested with Kaplan-Meier curve.Result:The recurrence and metastasis rate, the average recurrence and metastasis time, the survival rate, and the average survival time at 50 months post-operation was 22.0%,27.55±11.70 months,85.6%,and 31.15±9.65 months, respectively. The differences in the influence of sex and age on the prognosis were not statistically significant;the differences in the influence of chemotherapy, pathological type, differentiation degree and operation method on the prognosis were not statistically significant;the differences in the recurrence and metastasis time as well as survival time between the two lymph node dissection ranges were statistically significant;and the difference in the survival time among various tumor pathological stage was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The postoperative chemotherapy of stage ? NSCLC has no influence on the recurrence and metastasis time as well as survival time;the difference of thoracotomy and thoracoscopic surgery in prognosis is not obvious, and the patients can select operation method on the basis of individual characteristics;2.the recurrence and metastasis situation as well as survival time of the patients receiving lymph node dissection are all better than the patients receiving lymph node sampling, which provides reference for the range of lymph node dissection in future;3.the tumor pathological staging has impact on postoperative survival time, and the earlier the staging, the longer the cumulative survival time;4.the degree of tumor differentiation may affect the recurrence and metastasis rate after surgery.
