Clinical Study Of "Qing Xuan Fei Re Fa" On The Efficacy Of Skin Rash After Applying EGFR-TKI In Patients With Lung Cancer

Objective:To observe the curative effect of oral Chinese herbs ZNXZF combined with topical antibiotics on Rash patients with lung cancer using EGFR-TKI and to evaluate the safety and patient satisfaction.Methods: Sixty patients with rash who were diagnosed by pathology and were treated with EGFR-TKI were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given 1% erythromycin plus 1% hydrocortisone topically rubbed;the experimental group was treated with oral Chinese herbs ZNXZF on the basis of partial rubbing 1% erythromycin plus 1% hydrocortisone,a daily dose,Morning and evening service.During the period of medication,no other drugs for curing rash should be used for 14 consecutive days.The changes of rash before and after treatment,the first time of rash,the relapse of rash after stopping drug,the safety indexes of blood and liver and renal function were observed.The patient satisfaction,And the experimental group and control group were compared.All data were processed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software,rank data using paired Wilcoxon rank sum test,measurement data using paired t test.Results: Oral Chinese herbs ZNXZF combined with topical antibiotics in the treatment of rash caused by EGFR-TKI the total effective rate of 93.3%,rash the shortest time 3 days,the longest 11 days,the effect was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: The efficacy and the onset time of oral Chinese herbs ZNXZF combined with topical antibiotics in patients with lung cancer due to skin rash caused by EGFR-TKI were significantly better than that of patients receiving topical antibiotics alone.The rapid onset of anti-allergic reactions was not found in the clinical study.Patient compliance is good,and it is worth to promote clinical application.
