| Day surgery has become one of the most important hospitals in many beds due to its advantages such as reducing patient costs,shortening hospital stay and improving bed turnover rate.However,due to the differences in the development mode of day surgery at home and abroad,plus the day surgery mode is still at the initial stage in China,and there are still some shortcomings in the management of the quality of medical services during the day surgery.Therefore,this study takes the patient as a breakthrough point,and finds the deficiency in the quality of daytime operation service.Objective:The patients in the sample hospital were divided into two groups according to the census registration.The differences among the direct economic cost in outpatient services,self-medication purchases and inpatient services between the groups were analyzed.Methods: Through the establishment of a list of medical service quality problems in daytime operation,the questionnaire of patients’ satisfaction degree in daytime surgery was determined by Delphy’s expert consultation method.Through the satisfaction survey,we analyzed the hot issues of the patients and formulated the corresponding solutions.After that,a new round of satisfaction survey was carried out to improve the quality of the day surgery service.The survey was conducted from October 2017 to February 2018 for patients or family members who received daytime surgery in the hospital.A total of five rounds of satisfaction surveys were carried out.A total of 592 patients were investigated.There were no response or incomplete questionnaires.A total of 577 valid questionnaires were collected,and the recovery rate was 97.5%(577/592).Results:(1)the five rounds of patient problem survey identified the hot issues of patients: postoperative pain,preoperative education and postoperative rehabilitation instruction were not comprehensive,the operation process of day was complicated,postoperative follow-up effect was not good,and preoperative waiting time was too long.(2)each round to the patient’s hot issue,put forward the corresponding solution path.(3)after five round of day operation patients’ satisfaction survey,the patient satisfaction was gradually increased from 73.5% to 93.8%,and the patient satisfaction was continuously improved.Conclusions: To improve the prevention and treatment of lung cancer,we need to strengthen the special examination,guide the rational use of health services,as well as to improve the NCMS security level by make a suitable compensation scheme for the lung cancer.conclusions:(1)through the monthly patient satisfaction survey,the hot issues of patients in different periods are found.Based on patients’ problem oriented,continuous tracking,continuous improvement of the quality of daytime operation service can effectively improve patient satisfaction.(2)in the implementation of the principle of management of large,pay attention to solve the problem with personalized,pay attention to the practice of "patient oriented" medical model.(3)After the normalization of this model,we can use the problem path to deal with the patient’s problem in the bud,so as to achieve the effect of continuous quality improvement. |
