Study On Chinese And Western Medicine Combined With Clinical Nursing Pathway For Patients With Hepatolenticular Degeneration

Objective To study the application of Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical nursing pathway clinical nursing pathway in hepatolenticular degeneration,to build the nursing process of hepatolenticular degeneration,to form the standard nursing mode,to provide scientific and reliable resources in clinical nursing of hepatolenticular degeneration,in order to improve the quality of clinical nursing.Methods This study included two parts.In the first content,The construction of Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical nursing pathway for patients with hepatolenticular degeneration.By using the method of looking up literature and setting up expert group initially set out Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical nursing pathway,through the practical of the pre-test and analysis,the pathway content and implementation process were finally established,which divided into the nursing and the patients version,and it was applied to clinical practice on the basis of ethical principles.In the second content,the application and assessment of Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical nursing pathway for patients with hepatolenticular degeneration.The randomized sampling method was used to divide 152 patients who met the criteria of the study into 76 cases in the experimental group and 76 in the control group.The experimental group was treated by clinical nursing pathway,and the traditional method of nursing was used in the control group.The scores of symptom self-assessment scale(SCL-90),medical compliance rate table,knowledge mastery rate table nursing and satisfaction rate table were compared between two groups,in order to assess the effects of clinical nursing pathway in the application of hepatolenticular degeneration.Using SPSS23.0 statistical software for data processing and analysis,the main methods contained t test,χ 2 test,rank and inspection test and Fisher’s exact probability method,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant,P<0.01 was seen as highly statistical significance.Results In the first content,the content and implementation process of the Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical nursing pathway of hepatolenticular degeneration were developed smoothly.Taking time as the horizontal axis,the nursing measures the vertical axis,the different nursing items were arranged in different periods,which divided into the nursing and the patients version.In the second content,There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,marital status,western medicine classification and severity of illness(P﹥0.05).Analysis of two groups of SCL-90 score,experimental group in interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility,fear,mental symptoms and several other(diet and sleep)were better than control group,which was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).In the medical compliance,the experimental group(115(100,120))was superior to the control group(105(90,118))with statistical difference(P < 0.01).The knowledge mastery rate was increased from the control group(74.11± 23.75)to the experimental group(90.61±23.68),which was statistically significant(P<0.01).The average length of stay in the experimental group(26.38 + 2.67)was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.71 + 5.49),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(90(78,98))was significantly higher than the control group(80(63,91)),and the difference was highly statistical significance(P < 0.01).Conclusion The Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical nursing pathway of patients with hepatolenticular degeneration was constructed,and the nursing methods of the disease were standardized.The implementation of clinical nursing pathway reduced the adverse psychological reaction of the patient and improved the patient’s mental state,promoted medical compliance,the rate of knowledge mastery,the average length of stay and nursing satisfaction of the patient,which promoted rational utilization of medical resources and the quality of clinical nursing.
