| 1.Objective: Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this study started with a clinical investigation of constitutional types to study the distribution characteristics of TCMconstitution of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and further observed the pulmonary function characteristics of patients with rheumatic fever and RA in Xinfeng capsules.influences.Thus,new explorations are made for the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.The significance of this study lies not only in deepening people’s understanding of RA,but also in enriching and improving the physical distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.It may also provide new therapeutic options for the treatment of RA extra-articular lesions in traditional Chinese medicine,especially in the field of lung function research in the category of wind-related diseases.The idea is to develop a new approach that is suitable for the prevention and treatment of the development of extra-articular lesions of RA by Chinese medicine,and therefore has a certain theoretical significance and clinical application value.2 methods 2.1 This study selected 118 patients with active RA.Observe and count the distribution of TCM physique of these 118 patients.The constitution of Chinese medicine is based on the “Standard for the Classification of TCM Constitutions” published by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2009.The constitution of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is divided into mildness,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm and dampness,There are nine types of blood stasis,qi stagnation and special tannins.The proportions of the 9 constitutions of Pinghe,Qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm,damp heat,blood stasis,qi stagnation,and special tannin were counted from these observations.Characteristics of TCM Constitution Distribution in Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients 2.2 Observe the characteristics of lung function in 58 patients with damp-heat syndromes.Use lung function tests to analyze the difference in lung function between patients with damp-heat RA and healthy adults,and draw conclusions.2.3 48 cases of inpatients were divided into experimental and control groups according to a random number table,24 cases were observed before and after treatment of lung function,lung symptom scores,quality of life scores and SAS,SDS scores,RA related laboratory Improvements in indicators(Ig G,Ig A,Ig M,RF,á1-AGP,CRP,ESR,etc.).3 results 3.1 The Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine in RA Patients The above data can be seen that there are significant differences in the distribution of different TCM constitution types in 118 RA patients.The proportion of yang deficiency patients is the highest(29 cases,accounting for 24.58%),and the blood stasis is the second highest(23 cases).The ratio of 19.49%)was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.2 Distribution of TCM constitution types in different genders of RA patients The female masculinity in Chinese TCM constitution type is the most,in 20 cases,accounting for 31.75% of the total number of females,and the ratio of male to female accounts for 68.97%.The analysis of the frequency of each type of physical constitution in the male group revealed that there were 13 cases of masculine and masculine frequencies,accounting for 23.64% of the total number of cases in the male group,and the male-female ratio accounted for 68.97%.There was a significant gender difference in the distribution of TCM constitution in RA patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.3 Distribution of TCM Constitution of Patients with RA at Different Ages In this study,in the 18-40 age group of RA patients,the type of TCM constitution was more common in patients with sputum,sputum,sputum,and blood stasis;among patients with 40-50 age,patients with blood sputum The largest number.Patients with yang deficiency are most common in the body type distribution of RA patients in the 50-60 age group.The type of Yin deficiency and constitution in the elderly over 60 years old group is the most common.There were differences in the distribution of TCM constitution types in RA patients.The distribution of TCM constitution types in RA patients of different age groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.4 Characteristics of Lung Function in Patients with Damp-heat RA In this study,58 cases of damp-heat RA patients were compared with those of healthy adults.The study found that the pulmonary ventilator function accounted for 36.21% of patients with damp-heat syndromes,of which moderate reduction accounted for 13.79%.Pulmonary diffusion function accounted for 44.83%,of which moderate and severe cases accounted for 18.97%.The probability of impaired lung function in damp-heat RA patients was significantly higher than that in healthy adults,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.5 Xinfeng capsule treatment of patients with RA-ILD clinical efficacy comparison There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.After Mann-Whitney test,Z=-1.966,P=0.049,(P < 0.05)the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group;after the chi-square test,the experimental group was clinically The cure rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,chi-square value = 4.148,P = 0.042(P < 0.05).3.6 Effect of Xinfeng Capsule on Pulmonary Function in RA-ILD Patients In this study,two groups of patients with RA-ILD(n=24)were tested for pulmonary function after treatment.The IC and MVV in the experimental group and the control group were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the traditional Chinese medicine Xinfeng capsule IC The improvement of MVV was more obvious than that of the control group;similarly after treatment,FVC,FEV,and DLCO both increased significantly in both groups,but the improvement of the Chinese medicine Xinfeng capsule was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P< 0.01).From the above data,it can be seen that the lung function changes of patients with damp-heat RA-ILD are mainly ventilatory dysfunction,and the traditional Chinese medicine Xinfeng Capsule can effectively improve the lung function of patients(P<0.05 or P<0.01).3.7 Effect of Xinfeng Capsule on Pulmonary Symptoms and Signs in RA-ILD Patients According to research data,after treatment,the dry cough score,chest tightness score,and shortness of breath score in the experimental group were significantly lower(P <0.05 or P <0.01),and the scores of dry cough score,cough score,and chest tightness were lower in the control group(P <0.05).Xinfeng Capsule can significantly reduce dry cough scores,chest tightness points,and shortness of breath scores in patients with RA and improve lung symptoms.3.8 Influence of Xinfeng Capsule on Quality of Life,Depression and Anxiety of Patients with RA-ILD The study found that in comparison of the scores of each dimension of quality of life,compared with the control group,Xinfeng capsules in each dimension of quality of life after treatment improved general health(GH),physiological function(PF),physiological function(PF),and emotional function(RE,physical pain(BP),vitality(VT),mental health(MH)and SAS,SDS scores were superior to the control group(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Xinfeng Capsule can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with RA and improve symptoms of anxiety and depression.3.9 Effect of Xinfeng Capsule on Laboratory Index of RA-ILD Patients In the study,the laboratory indicators of the two groups of patients,Xinfeng capsule group Ig G,RF,á1-AGP,ESR decreased data than the control group(P <0.05 or P <0.01).It was further confirmed that Xinfeng Capsule can more effectively reduce RF,á1-AGP,and ESR in patients with RA,and to some extent delay the further development of RA. |
