Objective: According to the new classification of lung adenocarcinoma by WHO in2015,Classification and statistics of GGN found in preoperative HRCT and GGN were performed,The imaging characteristics and correlation values were measured and statistically analyzed,The postoperative pathology and imaging findings were analyzed,The correlation between the imaging features of GGN and postoperative pathological types was obtained.Methods: From January 2013 to December 2015,In 252 cases of GGN with CT images,207 patients with early postoperative lung cancer were selected.According to the average age and sex of CT image,location and size of GGN,CT value,volume and quality of GGN,various signs and types of CT images were recorded.According to postoperative pathology,they were divided into two groups according to the depth of invasion: one group was IAC group and the other group was AAH/MIA/AIS group.X2 test,ANOVA and nonparametric test were used when the variance was not homogeneous.P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Choose the statistical difference data to carry out a binary Logistci regression analysis.According to the data grouping,establish ROC curve,determine the best critical value.Results : There was significant difference in age of onset among 207 patients(P=0.034).The differences of GGN in CT images between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The mean diameter,mean CT value,relative CT value,volume and quality of GGN were statistically different between the two groups(P < 0.01).The two element Logistc regression analysis showed that the mass of the nodules was the most important factor in identifying the differences between the two groups.The best critical value was 0.26 g through the ROC curve,and its sensitivity and specificity were 68.7%,92.9%respectively.Conclusion:The quality of GGN can be used as reliable evidence for GGNimaging through CT.The various CT image features of GGN are common in IAC,The mean diameter,mean CT value,relative CT value,volume and quality of GGN in group IAC were significantly larger than those in AAH/AIS/MIA group.
