| Objective:Granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor is one of the growth factor of the blood system,at the same time is also a kind of cytokine with multiple functions,its combined with gm-csf receptor(GMR)to promote a variety of cell proliferation and differentiation,thus improve the cellular functions,such as endothelial cells,horny cells,etc.At the same time,gm-csf can promote the differentiation and maturation of blood cells,which can contribute to body immunity.It was found that gm-csf was expressed in many malignant tumors.For example,breast cancer,lung cancer,etc.At present,the incidence of esophageal cancer in China is high and the prognosis is very poor.In the course of chemoradiotherapy,a series of complications have seriously affected the normal life of the patients.On this basis,the purpose of this study is to explore the role of gm-csf in the radiotherapy of esophageal cancer patients.Methods:1.From June 2015 to June 2016,a total of 115 patients with esophageal cancer received radiotherapy in jilin university were collected.115 patients according to the method of random Numbers can be divided into gm-csf administering liquid group(team: 60 cases)and placebo(control group: 55 cases),observe two groups of patients with radioactive esophagitis,oral mucosa reaction,pain,quality of life and treatment compliance.2.In the process of radiotherapy,[the best explain the specific time,because all of the patients into the group is not the same time,how long is the radiation extracting samples to explain,or radiation therapy and radiotherapy 2 months 6 months serum test results must be different.]Respectively on the first day of admission(before radiotherapy)and hospital day 14(radiation)in the process of extracting placebo patients’ whole blood 3 ml centrifuge,separation of serum,application of ELISA enzyme league immune serum gm-csf content analysis.The patients were divided into ascending and descending groups before radiotherapy for each patient in the control group.Of patients discharged from hospital after 18 months of telephone follow-up,compared two groups of patients’ overall survival and progression-free surial,using SPSS software for statistical analysis,data from standard survival curve drawing,to test the survival differences between,and after gm-csf level changes make reasonable forecast;Whether the change level of this parameter is independent change is judged.Results:In the study,the incidence and severity of radiation esophagitis and oral mucosa were significantly lower among the 115 patients treated by oral gm-csf solution than the control group.At the same time,the placebo group 55 cases of patients with esophageal cancer in serum samples,the results show that there are 24 patients in the treatment process of gm-csf levels rise,the rest of the corresponding parameters of 31 patients showed a trend of decline,after follow-up records and statistical analysis concluded that serum gm-csf level rising in the process of radiotherapy in patients with overall survival and progression-free surial is falling group patients were significantly longer.Conclusion:After the study,it was concluded that oral gm-csf solution could significantly reduce the incidence of esophagitis,severe oral mucosal reaction,and relieve pain,thus improving the quality of life of patients.At the same time,the increase of gm-csf level in radiotherapy can be a good prognostic factor.Therefore,in esophageal cancer,gm-csf and radiotherapy have synergistic anti-tumor effect,and in-depth study of it is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer in the future. |
