The Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Shendiyuye Liquid Decoction In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Purpose:This study used a randomized controlled method to observe the clinical efficacy of Shendi Yuye Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi and Yin Deficiency.Method:The subjects were those who met the diagnostic criteria for TCM Qi-yin deficiency and at the same time met the diagnostic criteria for Western medicine.Randomization was divided into treatment group and control group 36 cases each,in which the treatment group was treated with oral Shendi Yuye Decoction ang basic treatment(metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated capsules),and the control group was orally administered with metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated capsules.After 4 weeks of treatment,clinical comprehensive efficacy was achieved.Symptom scores,blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,liver function,and renal function were used as observation indexes to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Shendi Yuye Decoction..Statistical methods: X2 test and rank sum test were used for comparison of count data,and t-test was used for measurement data(rank sum test was used when variance was not equal).Result: In this study,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study.There were 36 patients in the Shendiyuyetang plus basic treatment group and the metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated capsules in the control group.The average age of patients in the treatment group was 50.11±8.78,and the average age in the control group was50.56±8.54.The average course of disease was 7.36±3.16 in the treatment group and7.69±3.21 in the control group.There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and HbA1 c in the treatment and control groups.From the perspective of the improvement of clinical symptoms,the dry mouth of the treatment group wanted to drink,and fatigue and fatigue were significantly improved.This shows that Shendi Yuye Decoction has advantages in improving clinical symptoms.Safety testing indicators showed that there was no abnormal change in liver and kidney function before and after treatment,indicating that the prescription was safe in clinical application.Conclusion:.After clinical observation,it was concluded that Shendi Yuye Decoction has certain advantages in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Itsadvantages are mainly manifested in the obvious improvement of clinical symptoms and safety.
