| Purpose: Clinical study on the treatment of phlegm heat closed type lung pneumonia asthma(lobar pneumonia)by observing the Qing Jin Huotan decoction, evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety for the treatment of phlegm heat closed type lung pneumonia asthma(lobar pneumonia)to seek a better treatment.Method: Selected 60 cases of phlegm heat closed lung pneumonia asthma(lobar pneumonia)and the serum MP-IgM was positive were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with macrolides.Treatment group was treated with Qing Jin Huotan Decoction. The control group was treated with Xiaoerdingchuan oral liquid, the 7 day was a course of treatment, and 1 courses were observed. The symptoms and signs of the clinical observation before and after the treatment were scored and the statistical tools were used for comparison and analysis.Result: There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, course distribution and severity(P > 0.05),which was comparable. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.43%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.40%.The two groups were compared, the difference was statistically(P < 0.05).Therefore,the total effective rate of the treatment group is obviously better than that of the control group. In the 3 main clinical manifestations of fever, cough and expectoration, the onset time of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Therefore, the Qing Jin Huotan Decoction in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children has significant clinical curative effect. There was no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion: Qing Jin Huotan Decoction in the treatment of phlegm heat closed lung syndrome pneumonia and asthma cough(lobar pneumonia)is better than that of Xiaoerdingchuan oral liquid. The treatment of pneumonia in children with pneumonia, asthma and phlegm heat closure(large lobar pneumonia)has a significant effect. It is suitable for clinical application and popularization. |
