| China’s public nonprofit hospital is the main medical forces,along with the deepening of China’s medical and health system reform will also play a greater role in private.The performance salary management system in the current most of the existence of the following serious problems:the first is the lack of a clear strategic compensation design;followed by the assessment of job analysis and post to value is not accurate;the last is the performance index design is not scientific,unreasonable salary distribution etc..In order to solve the above problems with management,XD hospital tries to introduce the successful Balanced Scorecard into the performance and salary management of private hospitals.Based on the performance and salary management theory,the analysis on Fuxin XD hospital as the representative of the private hospital current salary distribution mode and disadvantages,the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard theory to construct the XD hospital performance evaluation index system,using analytic hierarchy process to establish the index weight,improve the hospital’s salary distribution system.Through the study of the feasibility and effectiveness of the Balanced Scorecard in the performance management of private hospitals,we can optimize the work structure of XD hospitals,and promote the enthusiasm of workers.With the development of society,the balanced scorecard method has been optimized,and the hospital salary management and performance appraisal can not need to continue to improve the immutable and frozen,the balanced scorecard method and scientific management,and strive to constantly improve the hospital management system,promote the long-term development of the hospital. |
