Objective : To explore the advantages of fusion DTI 3D-FSPGRG BOLD-fMRI with three kinds of nuclear magnetic field imaging combined with neuronavigation and accurate resection of tumors in brain functional area.Methods: Review from December 2015 to June 2017 in First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University,there are indications for surgery and actively seek 40 cases of surgical treatment of intracranial tumor.There were 21 males and 19 females,aged 16~65 years old,average 44.28 + 11.86 years old.They were randomly divided into two groups,the study group of 20 cases,including 9 cases were male,11 were female,aged 16~64 years old,average 43.65 + 12.95 years,the application of SIEMENS TMAGNETOM 3 Avanto magnetic resonance scanner DTI,3D-FSPGR,BOLD-fMRI three scanning,combined with neuronavigation fusion imaging,resection of intracranial tumor by prompt imaging.20 cases in the control group,there were 10 males and 10 females,aged 23~65 years old,average 44.90 + 10.97 years old,underwent routine enhanced MRI scans,and lesions resection according to the traditional way of intracranial.All the operations performed by the same surgeon.Result: 1.Operative time: the operative time was 3.39 ±1.29 hours in the study group and 4.57 ±1.32 hours in the control group.T test was used to compare the time difference between the two groups(P=0.0068< 0.05).It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the two groups,that is,the operative time of the study group is obviously lower than that of the control group.2.surgical resection rate: the total surgical resection rate in the control group was 25%(5/20),and the total resection rate in the study group was 65%(13/20),p=0.011 < 0.05,the two groups were different,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group.3.Preoperative and postoperative KPS score: the preoperative KPS score of the control group was 77 ±12.61,and the KPS score of the experimental group was 76 ±13.53.There was no significant difference in preoperative data between the two groups.The scores of control group and experimental group were 86.5 ±11.37 on March and 93 ±8.65 on March,respectively.The effect of operation in the study group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: DTI,3D-FSPGR and BOLD-f MRI three sequences combined with neuronavigation can improve the accuracy of intracranial mass resection and improve the quality of life of patients.
