ObjectiveAfter the stroke patients with neurological deficit, severity of fatigue and assessment of daily living activities, observe the stasis of new acupuncture combined with large moxibustion treatment of stroke clinical efficacy after stroke, the study of stasis with new needle method Moxibustion treatment for post-stroke patients with fatigue neurological deficit, fatigue and improvement of daily living activities, through the assessment of the treatment effect, for this type of patients to provide a better treatment.method:According to the inclusion criteria,90 patients were excluded from the standard selection and were randomly divided into a new acupuncture treatment of stasis and needles combined with general moxibustion control group(hereinafter referred to as acupuncture combined group)30 cases;a new acupuncture stasis control group(hereinafter referred to acupuncture group)30cases;stasis students new acupuncture combined with moxibustion(hereinafter referred to as the treatment group)30 cases of acupuncture combined with stasis new acupuncture combined with ordinary moxibustion treatment, acupuncture group single stasis new students Acupuncture treatment of acupuncture treatment, the treatment group applied to stasis new acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, stasis new acupuncture Sanyinjiao acupuncture,Yin Lingquan,Zusanli, blood sea,Quchi,Hegu, too Chong,Hong Leong both sides take, flat fill diarrhea, get the gas left needle for 30 minutes, acupuncture once a day,7 days for a course of treatment,a course of treatment after a day of rest, observed a total of two courses.Moxibustion take Guanyuan,Zusanli,Baihui,1 day, with mild moxibustion moxibustion to acupuncture pointsto the local skin flush for the degree,7 days for a course of treatment,a course of treatment after a day of rest, observed a total of two courses.FSS scores, neurological deficit scores, and activities of daily living ability were assessed before treatment and after the end of the total treatment. Finally, clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the FSS score.result:(1)In terms of FSS score: scores within the three groups after treatment were different(P<0.05),and differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group and the needle group were better than the acupuncture group. It shows that the combination therapy is more effective than the new acupuncture treatment alone, which is more conducive to recovery from fatigue after stroke.(2)In neurological deficit score(NIHSS): there were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.01),and the score of each group had a decline;after the end of the total treatment, the difference between the two groups was different The results of the two groups showed that the treatment group was superior to the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).(3)The ADL scale(Barthel index)score:There was a significant difference between the three groups in each group after the end of the total treatment(P<0.01);the difference in scores after the end of the total course of treatment Between the treatment group and the acupuncture group, the score of improvement was better than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Combination therapy is more effective in improving the ability of daily living of patients. The experimental study shows that stasis with new acupuncture combined with large moxibustion therapy for post-stroke patients with fatigue recovery of mental state, impaired nerve function, daily living activity has a practical effect, can be promoted in the clinic.
