Study On Adherence And Influence Factors Of Imatinib Mesylate In Patients With Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

Objective:To investigate the adherence of imatinib mesylate in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors and to analyze the factors influencing the adherence of drugs.Methods:The respondents were patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors who were treated at Hengyang Third Hospital during 2014.1-2017.12.The data of the investigated patients were included and excluded from standard screening.Reference to the relevant literature,combined with the status quo of Hengyang design corresponding drug treatment adherence questionnaire(see appendix)to evaluate gastrointestinal stromal tumor drug compliance within one year.The use of chi-square test method to analyze gastrointestinal stromal tumors in patients with drug treatment adherence factors.Results:1、A total of 179 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors were collected.After inclusion and exclusion of standard screening,75 patients were eventually evaluated for adherence to medication within one year,of which 33(75/75,44.0%),42 patients(42/75,56.0%)had good drug treatment adherence.2 、 Gastrointestinal stromal tumors in patients taking imatinib mesylate within one year from the treatment of drugs with the passage of time,the drug treatment adherence rate decreased gradually.Within six months after taking the drug is the most obvious stage of its decline,six months to one year adherence rate gradually tends to be gentle.3 、 Analysis of the factors influencing the adherence of drug treatment showed that there was no significant difference(P> 0.05)between sex,marital status and drug treatment adherence.Age,occupation,educational level,family monthly income,health insurance and adverse drug reactions affect the medication adherence of patients,the difference has a significant meaning(P <0.05).Economic factors(81.8%)and adverse drug reactions(51.5%)are the main reasons for the poor adherence of drug therapy in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Conclusions:1、 Hengyang gastrointestinal stromal tumors in patients taking imatinib mesylate within a year accounted for 56.0% good adherence,drug treatment adherence was poor accounted for 44.0%.2、 Patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors within six months after drug treatment(June)is an important period of adherence behavior changes,suggesting that medical workers need close observation,follow-up and supervision of patients during this time period to improve patients Drug treatment adherence.3、 Economic factors and adverse drug reactions affect gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients taking imatinib mesylate treatment adherence of the two main factors.Other influencing factors are age,occupation,educational level and medical insurance.
