| Objective:Through the application of IOL-master and OPD-Scan type III corneal refractive analyzer/two different ways of measuring the curvature of the cornea,calculate the corresponding toric intraocular lens(toric intraocular lenses,Toric IOL)correction of cataract corneal astigmatism,compare the efficacy of astigmatic correction and explore different ways of measuring corneal curvature correction in cataract with moderate-high astigmatism.Methods:collected for definite diagnosis of age-related cataract and corneal astigmatism,astigmatism is larger than 1.0D,with a total of 27 cases,34 eyes,were randomly divided into A,B two groups,A group of 14 eyes of 17 patients by I-Master,B group of 13 cases 17 eyes of by OPD-Scan III.measure the Kf(flat keratometry)Ks(steep keratometry),unified calculation and implantation of Alcon AcrySof Toric SN6AT2-SN6AT9 to the corrected;compared the Kf、KS、steep axial between the two groups,postoperative visual acuity(uncorrected distant visual acuity,UCDVA),best corrected visual acuity(best corrected is far distant visual BCVA),the actual residual astigmatism after 1 week,1 month,1 months;The difference in the degree of rotation of the crystals and the difference of surgical induced astigmatism(SIA)in the three months after the operationResults:The two groups to compare the preoperative corneal curvature of Kf,Ks and axial(P=0.570,P=0.770,P=0.305),there was no significant difference(P>0.05);The two groups to compare the two groups after 1 week,1 months,3 months UCDVA(p=0.670p=0.920p=0.503)、BCDVA(p=0.090p=0.503 p=0.917),the residual astigmatism(p=0.070 p=0.632 p=0.503),axial rotation(t＝1.097 p=0.273)and SIA(t=0.628 p=0.535)at postoperative 3months.,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference in corneal curvature measurement between OPD-Scan III and IOL-master.There is no significant difference in the effect of Toric IOL in correcting corneal astigmatism.Therefore,it can be concluded that the two methods of corneal curvature measurement,optical biometric instrument(IOL-Master)and corneal topography instrument(OPD),can be effectively applied to the clinical application of astigmatism lens in the correction of corneal astigmatism. |
