The Changes Of The Lipid Layer Thickness Of Tear Film Before And After The Penetrating Keratoplasty

Objectives:1.To evaluate the changes of the Lipid Layer Thickness of tear film before and after the Penetrating Keratoplasty.2.To evaluate the effect of drugs on the thickness and ductility of lipid layer after penetrating keratoplasty.3.To investigate the recovery of corneal transplantation in Id,1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery.Methods:Using LiPiView,in the unit of every patient who are treated with Penetrating Keratoplasty,measure the LLT,PB and ductility of lipid layer respectively in one day before the operation,one day after it,one week,one month,three months and six months after it.Divide LLT that is less than 60nm into MGD,which is larger than 60nm into non-MGD,and the results are statistically analysed.Results:According to correlation analysis of after-Keratoplasty,thickness and ductility of lipid layer,incompletely blinking/blink,these three have no obvious differences.(P>0.05).Thickness of tear lipid layer after Keratoplasty one day,one week,one month,three months and six months is thicker than before it at any of these times and have statistical significance(P<0.05),and is related with the thickness of tear film lipid layer after about one month after the operation;ductility is smaller than it before the operation and have statistical significance(P<0.05).But there is no remarkable difference compared with the pre-operation situation.Relevance has appeared after three months;PB has more statistical significance(P<0.05)but no relevance and distinctness than it before operation.The MGD thickness of tear film lipid layer after operation changes more than non-MGD,and the recovery of MGD is better and has statistical significance(P<0.05).Non-MGD tear lipid has no statistical significance compared with before operation.Conclusions:1.Tear film lipid layer and the quality of tear lipid after the Penetrating Keratoplasty have obvious change.2.The standard and correct use of drugs can improve the quality of lacrimal lipid layer.3.After the two groups of corneal transplantation were not fully recovered within 6 months after the operation,the recovery effect of MGD group was more significant.
