A Research On Docking Mechanism Between Commercial Health Insurance And The Basic Medicare System

In order to build a multi-level medical security system and alleviate the rising medical cost pressure,CPC Central Committee and State Council both have issued a series of policies to promote the integration of commercial health insurance and the basic medicare system,and initial results have been achieved.However,the docking mechanism of commercial health insurance and basic medicare system has not yet been formed.In order to meet the people’s increasingly diverse medical security needs,we should research the docking mechanism of commercial health insurance and basic medicare system according to the requirements of the 19 th national congress.This paper studies the docking mechanism of commercial health insurance and the basic medicare system,and designs the docking mechanism from multiple levels through system analysis.The first part illustrates the research background,technical routes,research methods and the innovation of the article.The second part analyzes the the necessity and feasibility of the docking between commercial health insurance and basic medicare system,and points out the main problems existing in the docking process.The third part provides reference for solving the problems in our country,by summarizing the docking experience of foreign countries.The fourth part quantitatively analyzes the efficiency of the connection between commercial health insurance and the basic medicare system,the results show that the connection can reduce the operating cost and improve the operating efficiency.This also provides a clear direction for the design of the docking mechanism.The fifth part puts forward the objectives and principles of the connection between commercial health insurance and the basic medicare system,and then designs the docking mechanism of commercial health insurance and basic medicare system,in order to achieve the purpose that commercial health insurance and basic medicare system complement each other.The sixth part summarizes the main points of the thesis and provides relevant Suggestions.
