| Objective:To analyze the risk factors affecting the postoperative survival of patients with pancreatic cancer,and investigate the expression and clinical pathological significance of Notch-1 protein,Fascin-1 and F-actin protein in pancreatic cancer and adjacent tissues.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with pancreatic cancer at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected,as well as paraffin wax and paraneoplastic tissue paraffin blocks.All patients received surgical treatment between September 2012 and September 2016.Follow-up the postoperative survival time,and application immunohistochemistry Methods detect the expression of Notch-1 protein,F-actin and Fascin-1 protein.Analyze the relationship between the expression levels of the three proteins and the the general clinical data.Results:The intensity of Notch-1 protein expression and the degree of tumor differentiation were risk factors affecting postoperative survival(P<0.05).The overall postoperative 1-year survival rate was 43.9%,the 2-year survival rate was 14.5%,the 3-year survival rate was 6.8%,and the 4-year survival rate was 1.4%.The overall median survival time was 11 months.The expression levels of Notch-1,F-actin and Fascin-1 in pancreatic cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of Notch-1 protein was positively correlated with the expression of F-actin and Fascin-1protein in pancreatic cancer tissues(r=0.455 and r=0.287,P<0.05).The expression ofNotch-1 protein in pancreatic cancer tissues was different in different Fascin-1 expression groups,TNM stage and nerve invasion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of Fascin-1 protein was different in different Notch-1expression groups,tumor location and nerve invasion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The enhanced expression of Notch-1 protein and the degree of tumor differentiation in human pancreatic cancer are risk factors for the postoperative survival of patients with pancreatic cancer.There was a positive correlation between the expression intensity of F-actin and Fascin-1 protein and the expression of Notch-1 protein in pancreatic cancer tissues. |
