Study On The Spatial-temporal Relationship Between Medical-Health Resources And Residents’ Health Level In Zhejiang-Fujian Area

Health resources and health level is an important research category of health geography.To explore the spatial-temporal relationship between medical resources and health level can provide theoretical reference for the structural optimization of health resources and the continuous improvement of residents ’ health level.This article takes Zhejiang and Fujian provinces as the research scope,based on the 1990-2015 Zhejiang and Fujian Provinces of the Statistical Yearbook and Health Statistics.The article selected three indicators of medical-health institutions,medical beds and medical-health technicians as indicators of medical and health resources,and selected three indicators of life expectancy per capita,maternal mortality,and infant mortality as indicators of health.Firstly,this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial changes of medical-health resources and residents ’ health level in Zhejiang-Fujian area from the perspective of space-time.Secondly,using entropy method to determine weight of each index.The comprehensive level model of medical-health resources and the comprehensive level model of residents ’health were constructed respectively,and the medical-health resources and residents ’health in Zhejiang and Fujian were synthetically evaluated.The results of comprehensive evaluation analysis are visualized.Finally,correlation analysis,multivariate regression analysis and spatial coupling analysis of medical health resources and residents ’ health level with SPSS and ArcGIS.Research indicates:(1)Temporal and spatial change of medical-health resources:The level of medical-health resources in Zhejiang and Fujian areas continued to improve,and regional spatial differences were significant.①In terms of time change:From 1990 to 2015,the medical-health institutions,beds and technicians in Zhejiang and Fujian provinces have greatly improved.The growth rate of different cities and different health indicators is inconsistent.The comprehensive level of medical-health resources and the comprehensive level of health resources in the whole showed a continuous upward trend.②In terms of spatial changes:The three indexes of medical-health resources in Zhejiang-Fujian area are consistent with the spatial distribution pattern of the comprehensive level of the health resources per capita and the ground.The difference within the area is very significant.The overall trend is that the coastal cities gradually decline toward the inland cities.Medical-health resources are highly concentrated in the northern Zhejiang Plain and the coastal area of southeast Fujian.Hangzhou,Jiaxing,Ningbo,Zhoushan and Xiamen are high value areas for the comprehensive level of medical-health resources in the region.The inland cities such as Nanping,Sanming,Ningde and Quzhou are often low value areas of the comprehensive level of the regional medical-health resources.(2)Temporal and spatial changes of residents ’ health level:The comprehensive level of residents ’ health in Zhejiang-Fujian area has been improved and the spatial distribution pattern is stable.Overall,coastal cities have a higher level of health than inland.①In terms of time change:The health of residents in all the cities has increased.The improvement of health level in coastal cities is larger than that in inland cities.②In terms of spatial changes:The high value area of life expectancy in the northern part of Zhejiang and Fujian is composed of mass stability.Maternal mortality rate "north-South differentiation" is significant,the South High North low pattern.The infant mortality rate from the south to the north from the high value of the gradual transition to a low value area.The northeast and southeast coasts of Zhejiang and Fujian are high-value areas of healthy level.From the northeast and southeast to the inland gradually evolved into a low level of health.The distribution pattern of high value and low value areas of healthy level remained stable.(3)Spatial and Temporal relationship between medical-health resources and comprehensive level of residents ’ health:①There is a positive correlation between the level of health resources and residents ’ health.At the provincial and municipal levels,the level of health resources per capita has a greater impact on health.The level of health resources is weakly correlated with residents ’ health.② Per capita health technicians and per capita sanitary beds are the main influencing factors of residents ’ health.The improvement of the level of health resources per capita can explain the change of residents’health level,and contribute more to improve residents ’ health.③ Areas with abundant medical and health resources tend to have higher levels of health.Hangzhou,Ningbo,Jiaxing,Zhoushan,Xiamen are both high value areas of health resources in the region and high value area of healthy level.Comparing the spatial coupling of the comprehensive level of medical health resources and the health level of residents,the coupling degree of health resources was higher.
