Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Syndrome Of Spleen And Stomach Dampness And Heat)by Modified Muxiang Bing Lang Wan

Objects: To study the clinical effect of modified muxiang bing lang wan on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(syndrome of spleen and stomach dampness and heat)by random control method,and to explore the legislative thought and treatment ideas of the clinical treatment of this disease,and provide theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease later.Method: This research adopts randomized method,the 72 accord with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(syndrome of spleen and stomach dampness and heat)observation of objects by random grouping,divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36),the treatment group was given the decoction of chinese herbal medicine with modified muxiang bing lang wan,morning and night after dinner,two oral;The control group was treated with diarrhea tablets,3 tablets at a time,and 3 times Per day.Both groups were given 1 course of treatment in 4 weeks.To observe and record the scores of TCM symptoms and IBS-SSS before and after treatment in two groups,and to compare them with statistical analysis.Result: After treatment,the treatment group and control group patients' symptoms all have varying degrees of ease,suggests that the treatment group and control group has a certain therapeutic effect,but the treatment group patients under the stomach ache,drainage of urgent or uncomfortable,defecate stinking,often stuffy don't sigh,anal burning,degree of symptoms is better than that of control group,P value is less than 0.05,with significant difference,the treatment group in alleviating bitter mouth or bad breath is better than that of the group,but no significant differences,P > 0.05;In the treatment group,TCM syndromes score and IBS-SSS score were significantly reduced,and the effect was better than that of the control group,both P values were less than 0.05,indicating a significant difference.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.22%,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in overall curative effect and alleviating patients' clinical symptoms.Conclusion: Clinical research results show that the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group,shows that muxiang bing lang wan can effectively relieve diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(Syndrome of spleen and stomach dampness and heat)the pain degree of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and in the process of study,did not appear any adverse events,to show the effectiveness of the drug for treating the disease has a high and security.
