Clinical Research Of Da Chaihu Plus Changpu Yujin Free Decoration In The Treatment Of Vascular Mild Cognitive Impairment(Turbidity Toxin Stasis Of Viscera)

Objective:Clinical research of Da Chaihu plus Changpu Yujin free decoration in the treatment of vascular mild cognitive impairment(turbidity toxin stasis of viscera).Methods:Filter conform to the conditions of 72 patients with Vascular mild cognitive impairment after vascular mild(turbidity toxin stasis of viscera)from Jilin province Chinese medicine hospital of cerebral infarction,were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group,36 cases in each group,the two groups were given basic drugs,and the treatment group given Da Chaihu plus Changpu Yujin free decoration,the contrast group given Moodiness Tablets.Recorded index of curative effect on before and after treatment Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),instrumental daily life activities ability scale(IADL)and Syndrome differentiation scale of vascular mild cognitive impairment,application SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1 Patients of gender,age,level of education,cognitive status compared and analyzed with two groups respectively.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),so the information between the two groups could comparable.2 After treatment,two groups of MoCA score,IADL scores,MMSE score comparison was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group was a more significant difference(P<0.01),the comparison was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group and control group were effective,but the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.3 After treatment,the curative effect evaluation and memory of the treatment group total effectiveness 88.57%,the comparison was 82.35%.The clinical curative effect of syndrome for determining total effective rate 91.43%,the comparison was 70.59%.So two groups were effective,but the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion:The Da Chaihu plus Changpu Yujin free decoration can improve the patients’ cognitive level,daily life ability,and clinical symptoms.It had better advantages than Moodiness Tablets.
