Study On Experiential Inheritance And Prescribe Regularity For Representative Doctors Of Lingnan Liang’s Spleen-stomach Academic Schools Treatment Constipation

ObjectiveThe purpose is to analysis the prescription through the establishment of prescription databases that Professor Huang Suiping,Professor Yu Shaoyuan,Director Chen Yan and Director Zhang Beiping treat functional constipation,to explore their treatment characteristics,medication rule and the similarities and differences of their prescription.The purpose of this article is to analysis and compare the prescription of academic school physician delegate,to explore and discuss their the dialectical thought and prescription rule,to present the inheritance vein and development of academic thought of ling-nan liang’s spleen-stomach academic schools.MethodsThis article choose the clinical medical records that Professor Yu Shaoyuan,professor Huang Suiping,director Chen Yan,and director Zhang Beiping treat patients with functional constipation from June,2014 to December,2016 in Guangdong Provincial hospital of Chinese Medicine.Using Microsoft office excel to create four subject databases,using IBM SPSS 22.0 statistical software to analyze the differences and similarities between prescription medication and dialectical thinking.ResultsIn this study,428 medical cases were collected,including 104 medical cases of Professor Yu Shaoyuan,111 medical cases of professor Huang Suiping,119 medical cases of director Chen Yan and 94 medical cases of director Zhang Beiping.When treating functional constipation these physicians were given priority with tonify deficiency.The majority medicinal properties of the herbs were warm,slightly cold and mild.The majority herbal medicines in a prescription were sweet,bitter and acrid.The majority channel tropism of medicinal were the spleen channel,stomach channel,lung channel and large intestine channel.They all pay attention to invigorating Qi,nourishing blood,nourishing Yin and generating body fluid,regulating Qi flow,facilitating bowel movement,relaxing bowel,invigorating spleen and supplementing qi.The treatment of viscera from the spleen,stomach,lung,large intestine.The basic pathogenesis of functional constipation is deficiency of qi and blood,weakness of the spleen and the stomach,deficiency of yin and fluid and stagnation of qi activity.Moreover,the pathogenesis of functional constipation include sluggish of block of damp and hot,spleen-kidney yang deficiency,lack of stomach yin,blood stasis,deficiency of Kidney-Yin,dyspepsia and incoordination between the spleen and the stomach.ConclusionTo analyze and compare the drug laws of four physicians delegate in ling-nan liang’s spleen-stomach academic schools for the treatment of functional constipation this study came to a conclusion that ling-nan liang’s spleen-stomach academic schools attach importance to the academic thought of spleen and stomach.It is based on the theory that "weakness of the spleen and the stomach,dysfunction of the spleen in transport,loss of large intestine","deficiency of qi and blood,low blood loss,dry and dry intestinal tract","The zang-fu can be used as a function to reduce the sum","treating deficiency with tonification and treating excess with purgation" to treat functional constipation.The basic pathogenesis of functional constipation is deficiency of qi and blood,weakness of the spleen and the stomach,deficiency of yin and fluid and stagnation of qi activity.Moreover,the pathogenesis of functional constipation include sluggish of block of damp and hot,spleen-kidney yang deficiency,lack of stomach yin,blood stasis,deficiency of Kidney-Yin,dyspepsia and incoordination between the spleen and the stomach.The basic principle of the academic school of lingnan liang’s spleen and stomach to treat the functional constipation is that invigorating spleen,invigorating qi,reducing qi,nourishing the intestines and nourishing Yin and nourishing blood.In addition,dispel wind,clear heat,eliminate product,invigorate blood circulation and blood stasis,phlegm,clearing damp is also a genre of medical treatment.The differences and similarities between the medicine and the treatment of each doctor are reflected that the academic thought of ling-nan liang’s spleen-stomach academic schools is inherited and changed.
