Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling combined with repufersion approach in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and analyze the therapeutic mechanism of it.So as to provide evidence for this treatment towards knee osteoarthritis.Method:By means of random number method,60 qualified patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 patients in each group.Make sure there is no significant difference, like age, sex, course of disease and the score before treatment among these two group of patients(P<0.05).The treatment group take the treatment of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling combined with repufersion approach, put Fu’s Subcutaneous Needle in to the point called Myofascial trigger point(MTrP),which can be find near the Pain pointp. While the control group using electric acupuncture therapy together with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.Observation indicators: VAS pain score and Severity index score of knee osteoarthritis(ISOA).The VAS pain score was recorded before the treatment, after the first treatment and after 3 weeks of treatment, while the ISOA score was recorded only before and after the treatment.Result:The intra group comparisonof two groups of patients in the VAS pain score: After first treatment, the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05);After 3 weeks of treatment, thescore of VAS pain in the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.01).Also the VAS score of the control group was lower than that of first times(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in the VAS score after the treatment group 3 weeks after the treatment(P(29)0.05).Inter group comparison:There was no significant difference in VAS pain score between the two groups before treatment and3 weeks after treatment(P(29)0.05).However the VAS pain score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after the first treatment(P<0.05).The intra group comparisonof two groups of patients in the ISOA score:After 3 weeks of treatment, the ISOA scores of the patients were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.01).Inter group comparison: There was no significant difference in ISOA scores between the two groups before and after 3 weeks of treatment(P(29)0.05).The comparison of two groups’ curative effects: The treatment group:2 were cured,16 were markedly effective,11 were effective,1 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.7%;the control group:1 were cured,11 were markedly effective,16 were effective, and 2 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.3%.After the rank and inspection, there are no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling combined with repufersion approach get Similar efficacyin the treatment of KOA with electric acupuncture therapy together with warm acupuncture and moxibustion. The former has a quick effect, the symptoms improve obviously, but there is a rebound phenomenon,a step like reduction, the latter is a gradual effect. The combination of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling and reperfusion approach has a definite effect in the treatment of KOA,and it has its unique advantage. It is worth popularizing.
