| Background:Fierce competition in contemporary society and the increase of stress in daily life,so that the prevalence of depression was gradually rising trend;as a kind of mood disorder,it has seriously affected people' s physical and mental health.Currently oral antidepressant drugs is the main method of treatment of the disease,but antidepressant drugs work slowly and have a lot of bad reactions affecting clinical efficacy in a way that is not easilyaccepted by patients.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression has unique advantages,from the whole idea,attention to the treatment of syndrome differentiation and the individualized,side effects,and it can reduce the adverse effects of western medicine and drug resistance,safe and effective,get the patient's consensus.ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of Yu-Le Decoction in the treatment of depression and improve oral antidepressant drug adverse reaction symptoms,and explore the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antidepressant medications,and provide a safe and effective therapy for prevention of depression.MethodsThere were 80 patients with depression from September 2015 to September 2016,in the outpatient department and inpatient department of Shenzhen Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital.According to the random number table method,80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had a total of 40 cases.The treatment group was treated with Yu-Le Decoction combined with antidepressant drugs,while the control group was treated with antidepressants alone.Before and after treatment in 2,4 and 8 weeks respectively using the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and anti depression drug adverse reaction scale(Rating Scale for Side(Effects,SERS)to evaluate the symptoms and the clinical curative effect and adversereaction to improve the situation,while the security indicators forstatistical analysis and comparison.Results:1.The total effective rate of t he treatment group was better than the control group,at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.After treatment for 2,4 and 8 weeks,the total scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).indicating that each group received a certain therapeutic effect.(P<0.05)3.After 2 weeks treatment,the HAMD factor of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(anxiety,physical,cognitive,retardation,sleep disorders)than than those in the control group(P<0.05);4?The treatment group's score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05)at four weeks of treatment,which was mainly characterized by fatigue,nausea and dizziness.After eight weeks,the two groups had no statistically significant differences in adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of Yu-Le Decoction and antidepressant drugs can accelerate the onset time and intensity of drugs,and enhance the clinical efficacy.2,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine can reduce the adverse reactions caused by antidepressant drugs,safe and effective,improve patient compliance.3,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression and antidepressant drugs has important clinical significance in the treatment of depression. |
