Object:To verify the applicability of the four cognitive models of depression(integrated cognitive model, linear meditational model, alternative aetiologies model, symptom model),and further explore the relationship between negative life events, dysfunctional attitudes, negative automatic thoughts and depressive symptoms,to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of depressive disorders and clinical psychological intervention. Methods: The 193 patients with depression metting the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria, the Beck Rating Scale for Depression-?(BDI-?)of more than 14 points were selected, and complete the general condition scale,Dysfunctionl Attitudes Scale(DAS),Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire(ATQ),and Life Event Scale(LES).All data were analyzed using SPSS24.0 and Amos17.0 for descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis,t-test,analysis of variance, and structural equation model analysis(p<0.05).Results:(1)The total scores of BDI-?(female:31.092±11.350 and male:27.679±10.698)were statistical difference between genders(t=2.142,p=0.035).(2)A significant positive correlation was showed among the negative life events scores,BDI-?total scores,ATQ total scores, and DAS total scores(p<0.05).(3)The fit degree of the fourcognitive models were significant. The fix index of the integrated cognitive model was GFI=0.993,CFI=0.993,NFI=0.986,RMSEA=0.069,IFI=0.993,TLI=0.979.The fit index of the liner meditational mode was GFI=0.988,CFI=0.990,NFI=0.973,RMSEA=0.055,IFI=0.990,TLI=0.979.The fit index of the alternative aetiologies model was GFI=0.995,CFI=1.000,NFI=0.989,RMSEA=0.000,IFI=1.000,TLI=1.000.The fit index of the symptom model was GFI=0.982,CFI=0.976,NFI=0.960,RMSEA=0.085,IFI=0.976,TLI=0.952.The path coefficient of interaction between negative life events and dysfunctional attitudes to negative automatic thoughts in comprehensive cognitive models was 0.33(p<0.05),and the path coefficient of negative automatic thoughts to depressive symptoms was 0.66(p<0.05).The path coefficient of negative life events to dysfunctional attitudes in the linear mediation model was 0.24(p<0.05),the path coefficient of dysfunctional attitudes to negative autothink was0.48(p<0.05),the path coefficient of negative automatic thoughts to depressive symptoms was 0.66(p<0.05).The path coefficient of negative life events to negative automatic thoughts in the etiological model was0.11(p>0.05).The path coefficient of dysfunctional attitude to negative automatic thoughts was 0.46(p<0.05),and the path coefficient of negative automatic thoughts to depressive symptoms was 0.66(p<0.05).The path coefficient of negative life events to depressive symptoms in the symptom model was 0.22(p<0.05),and the path coefficient of depressivesymptoms to negative automatic thoughts was 0.66(p<0.05).The path coefficient of negative automatic thoughts to dysfunctional attitude was0.48(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)There was a significant difference of the depressive symptoms between men and women. The scores in women group were sinificant higher than that in men group.(2)According to the model fitting index and path coefficient, except for the alternative aetiologies model(the path coefficient of negative life events to negative automatic thoughts is 0.11,p>0.05),the integrated cognitive model, linear meditational model and symptom models are all applicable to this population.(3)Negative automatic thoughts mediated the interaction between negative life events and dysfunctional attitudes and depressive symptoms;negative automatic thoughts played an intermediary role between dysfunctional attitudes and depressive symptoms;dysfunctional attitudes acted as an intermediary role between negative life events and negative automatic thoughts;depressive symptoms also played an intermediary role between negative life events and negative automatic thoughts.
