Tumors are one of the diseases that currently endanger the health of organisms, and they threaten the survival of living organisms. Its incidence is not low.The number of patients in our country accounts for half of the total number of patients in the world.Various types of tumors are transformed from ordinary cells.Tumors are formed by cells that lack some of their normal functions. The selective expression of genes results in a variety of phenotypes in cells. When abnormal expression of genes occurs, this provides the basis for the generation of tumor cells.Analyze these differentially expressed genes to find biologically meaningful information. It provides the basis for further study of the role of related genes in the process of tumor development and development, and also provides clues for further treatment of diseases and mining of gene targets.Gene expression microarrays were used here to study the differences in expression between tumor tissue and normal stromal cells. The role and significance of these differences in the development of tumors are studied, and it is expected to help to excavate the biological processes of tumors.Weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA)uses the idea of molecular networks to utilize the differences in expression of genes in different groups to assign genes with high levels of expression in the network to the same module.Out the information contained in it.Here, gene expression in tumor samples and adjacent normal tissue samples was used as data information to screen differentially expressed genes for analysis and multiple gene modules were obtained.Based on this, the gene module and sample phenotypic information data were combined and a genetic module with a high degree of association with tumor stages was excavated, and the internal information of the module was further studied.Excavation was not only highly correlated with tumor stage but also a wide range of specifically expressed genes are linked within the module.Research on gene modules in the network can reveal the specific expression genes, important signaling pathways, and gene regulatory relationships implied in the network, which are beneficial to further revealing the mechanism of action of tumors.
