| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xingnaojing Combined with Huayu Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(Wind-phlegm and Stasis)with scientifically controlled and standardized efficacy evaluation methods,expecting to provide ideas and methods for clinical treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods:The patients with acute ischemic stroke(Wind-phlegm and Stasis)were numbered according to the sequence of the group according to the random control method,and the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the random digital table method.All groups were treated with conventional western medicine according to "2014 Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke",and the treatment group was added with Xingnaojing injection and Huatan Tongluo Decoction on this basis.The two groups were assessed before treatment,seventh days of treatment,and fourteenth days of treatment.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)was used to evaluate the degree of neurological impairment,the Modified Rankin scale(mRS)was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients,and Modified Barthel index(MBI)was used to assess patients’ daily living ability.The heart rate,respiration,body temperature,blood pressure,biochemistry and other safety indexes were observed before and after treatment.The efficacy and safety of the treatment group before and after treatment were compared with those of the control group.Result:In this study,there were 33 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.The two groups were statistically analyzed in age,sex,basic disease,smoking history,drinking history,and the evaluation indexes before treatment.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results of the evaluation indicators are as follows:1 Clinical Efficacy After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.9%,the total effective rate of the control group was 81.3%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The comparison between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2 TCM symptom score The TCM syndrome scores of two groups before the treatment were statistically analyzed,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),however,the difference of the scores between the two groups in the seventh days and the fourteenth day of the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the seventh days after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the fourteenth days after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the seventh days after treatment and the fourteenth days after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the symptoms of the two groups have been improved after treatment,and the treatment group is better than the control group.3 Neurological deficits(NIHSS points)According to the analysis of improving the nerve function defect,the NIHSS scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically analyzed before the treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,the difference of the scores between the two groups in the seventh days and the fourteenth day of the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the seventh days after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the fourteenth days after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the seventh days after treatment and the fourteenth days after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that after treatment,the neurological deficits of the two groups were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group.4 Daily life ability(modified Barthel index)The modified Barthel index scores of two groups before the treatment were statistically analyzed,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05)at the seventh day of treatment.However,it was not difficult to see that the mean score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.The treatment group and the control group were treated for fourteenth days,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the seventh days after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the fourteenth days after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the seventh days after treatment and the fourteenth days after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the daily living ability of the two groups has been improved after treatment,and the treatment group is better than the control group.5 Quality of life(mRS points)The mRS scores of two groups before the treatment were statistically analyzed,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05)at the seventh day of treatment.However,it was not difficult to see that the mean score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.The treatment group and the control group were treated for fourteenth days,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the seventh days after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the fourteenth days after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the seventh days after treatment and the fourteenth days after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the quality of life of the two groups is improved after treatment,and the treatment group is better than the control group.6 Adverse reactions and side effects There were no abnormal changes in liver and kidney function,myocardial enzyme,coagulation function,electrocardiogram before and after treatment,and there were no serious adverse reactions and side effects during the clinical trial.It is safe to treat acute ischemic stroke with Xingnaojing injection combined with Huatan Tongluo decoction.Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection combined with Huatan Tongluo decoction was safe and effective in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke of wind-phlegm and stasis type.It could obviously improve the degree of nerve function defect and improve the activity of daily life and the quality of life of the patients.It has good clinical effect and is worth popularizing. |
