Clinical Studies Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yi Aikang Capsule Combined With Biejiajianwan For HIV/HCV Coinfection

ObjectiveIn this study,patients with HIV/HCV co-infection were studied by the patient’s own pre-and post-control studies,and were treated with Yiaikang capsule with Biejiajianwan and Yiaikang capsule,respectively,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of HIV/HCV co-infection.providing more effective treatment programs for HIV/HCV co-infected patients,to promote the advantages of Chinese medicine,and provide a strong basis for their clinical application and promotion.MethodsIn this study,patients infected with AIDS and hepatitis C infections confirmed by the laboratory were randomly divided into two groups;A group of 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and given Yiaikang Capsule and Biejiajian wan,another group of 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria were given Yiaikang capsules,in the 0th and 12th months respectively,the nodes were filled in the TCM Symptoms and Symptoms Observing Table to understand the main TCM symptoms and changes of the patients and to simultaneously detect the indicators(blood routine,liver function,renal function,liver fiber,CD4~+T cell count,etc),through the above indicators and TCM symptoms and signs observation table to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of HIV/HCV co-infection,to provide a more effective treatment program for HIV/HCV coinfection patients.Using SPSS19data analysis software for the above data analysis.Results1.Blood routineThere were no significant differences in blood routine parameters between YiaikangcapsuleandBiejiajianwangroupbeforeandaftermedication(P>0.05);There were significant differences in hemoglobin levels between the Yi-Kang capsule group before and after medication(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Liver functionThere was no significant difference in liver function indexes between Yiaikang capsule and Biejiajianwan group before and after treatment(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the index of liver function observation before and after treatment in Yiaikang capsule group(P>0.05).3.Kidney functionThe difference of creatinine between between Yiaikang capsule and Biejiajianwan group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the other two indexes(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the indexes of renal function before and after treatment in Yiaikang capsule group(P>0.05).4.CD4~+T lymphocyte countThere was a statistically significant difference in the CD4~+cells before and after administration of Yiaikang capsule and Biejiajianwan group(P<0.05);There was significant difference in the index of CD4~+cells before and after treatment in Yiyikang capsule group(P<0.05).5.Liver fiber four itemsThere were statistically significant differences in all four parameters of liver and fiber before and after the use of Yiaikang capsule and Biejiajianwan group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the four parameters of liver and fiber before and after the Yiaikang capsule group(P>0.05).6.Analysis Of Symptoms And SignsThere were significant differences in the scores of symptoms and signs between Yiaikang Capsule and Biejiajian Pills before and after treatment(P<0.05);Yiaikang capsule group patients were irritated,irritability,dry mouth and hardship,fatigue,fatigue,fatigue,lazy speech,shortness of breath symptoms and signs of difference in the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Curative effect analysis of TCM symptoms and signs after treatmentThe total effective rate of Yijiakang capsule combined with Biejiajianwan group was 93.3%;The total effective rate of Yiaikang capsule group was 13.3%,P<0.05,with statistical difference,Conclusion1.Yiaikang capsule combined with Biejiajianwan can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of HIV/HCV coinfected patients.2.Yiaikang capsule combined with Biejiajianwan can delay the liver fibrosis of HIV/HCV co-infection.3.Yiaikang capsule combined with Biejiajianwan have safety during the experimental period.
