Combination therapy has gain increasing attention because single therapeutic method can't meet people need as the development of tumor even though photothermal therapy or Chemical therapy and so on have been got a certain development.How to avoid bacterial infection has become a focus of attention for scientific researcher due to infection postoperative will effect therapeutic activity seriously in biomedical fields.Gold-silver nanocages(Au-Ag NCs)have been widely applied in the field of biomedical,especially in tumor therapy and anti-infection owing to hollow porous structure and surface plasmon resonance.The first part of this article,Au-Ag NCs were synthesized and modified.Hyaluronic acid modified and the biodegradable gold-silver nanocages/silica composite nanoparticles were synthesized for tumor therapy.The second part of this article,controlled released gold-silver nanocages/silica composite nanoparticles,which are based-on gold-silver nanocages,were synthesized for anti-infection therapy.The main researches are included as follows:We first synthesis Au-Ag NCs.The biodegradable gold-silver nanocages/silica composite nanoparticles were synthesized by introducing tetraethyl acid(TEOS)and anti-cancer drugs(DOX)by one step method.Finally,Organic-inorganic composite nanoparticles(Au-Ag@D S-DOX-HA)were synthesized by modified targeting molecular Hyaluronic acid(HA)in aldehyde condensation in order to explore the effect of photothermal therapy and chemical therapy for tumor therapy.This experiment provided new ideas and new methods for tumor therapy.Sustained release and long-term effect gold-silver nanocages/silica composite nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrolysis condensation of TEOS.Gold-silver nanocages/silica composite nanoparticles achieve combined antibacterial by photothermal and silver ions release.We study the effect of silver ions release with different time and photothermal effect for antibacterial effect.Better sustained release and long-time antibacterial can been got by using silica.Experimental results demonstrate that both photothermal and silver ions release can get better antibacterial effect.To sum up,gold-silver nanocages not only apply for tumor therapy,but also apply for anti-infection therapy,and achieve a multi-domain application of materials in this article.It is of great significance to realize the wider application of gold-silver nanocage-based materials by a series of research on it.
