Investigation And Analysis Of The Contract Services Of Community Family Doctors In Xigang District

The contracted service of family doctors in China is just beginning.It is in the stage of exploration and innovation.The implementation of the family doctor contract service and the implementation of the responsibility of medical and health service to the individual of the family doctor is the development direction of the medical service in China,and it is also the common practice and successful experience of many countries.In 2016,the seven Department of the medical reform office of the State Council issued the guidance on promoting the contract service of family doctors.By 2020,we should strive to expand the contract service to the whole crowd,form a long-term and stable contract service relationship,and basically realize the full coverage of the family doctor contract service system.In 2012,the Xigang District started the contract service of the family doctor of the community health service.After several years’ exploration,some experience has been accumulated and some problems have been highlighted.Based on the family doctor’s two yuan main body,family doctor and contract residents,through the sampling survey and small interview of 7 community health service centers,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the implementation effect of family doctor signing service from two dimensions of service supply and service perception.The results show that the signing service of family doctors in Xigang District has been successful,but there are still some problems,such as shortage of resources of the general practitioner,lack of incentive mechanism,lack of supporting policies,insufficient supply of service,lack of cognition of residents,backward information level and so on.Finally,from the talent team construction,incentive system improvement,supporting system guarantee,service supply side reform,strengthening service education,information promotion and other perspectives,the corresponding solutions are put forward.
