| [Purposes] In order to assessment the influences of doctor’s activities online, and show the values of academic achievement, social media behaviors and online medical, and exploring the method to evaluate academic influence, social media influence and online medical influence of doctors in the network environment.Considered the particularity of the physician’s network behaviors and the diversity of the influencing objects, and based on altmetrcs to construct the indicator system of the doctor’s network influence by Delphi.Empirical the operability of altmetrics indicator system in assessment the influence of the doctor’s online and the validity of the evaluation results, and finds out the problems of its.[Methods] Firstly,we sort out the evaluation indicators and the theoretical of altmetrics.Secondly,we give the indicators weight by Delphi and hierarchy analytic. Finally,in order to verify the operability of the indicator system, the network reptile was used to capture the network influence data of ten doctors on the network of“Good Doctor Online",and demonstrate the feasibility of the index system by empirical research.[Results] According to the results of Delphi and hierarchy analytic, made weights of the indicators, constructed of the evaluation indicator system of the doctor’s online influences based on the altmetrics. The doctor’s network influence data were captured, and count score according to the formula. Finally, comment on doctor’s influential power.[Conclusions] The empirical results show that the indicator system can measure the influence of doctors on network, and evaluated the doctor’s influence power by ranking. It is feasible to translate the influence score into qualitative data to evaluate the doctor’s influence. The evaluation result can guide the doctor to develop the strategy to improve the network influence. However, the empirical study shows that the indicator system has low density of indicator data and does not consider the weight of different data sources, which needs to be improved in the future research. |
