With the opening of the society,private hospitals have been vigorously supported by the state policy,which has promoted the vigorous development of private hospitals.Under the current reform of the medical reform system,the competition in the medical market is extremely fierce,and many public hospitals and community medical institutions are in a strong competitive market,the technical strength of private hospitals is weak,and how to gain a place in this increasingly fierce competition market has become a core issue that puzzles the managers of modern private hospitals.The restriction of technical level,the limitation of funds and the limitation of qualified personnel have become more and more urgent to highlight the important role of performance appraisal in the operation of private hospitals.Only by doing a good job of performance appraisal,so that the medical staff can work more and more,according to the distribution according to work,can we improve the work enthusiasm of medical staff to a greater extent,which is also the only way to explore the development of the H private hospital.H private hospital is a newly established private hospital which is built in March 1,2017.For the highly competitive medical market,perfect performance appraisal mechanism plays a key role in enterprise development.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,the current research situation at home and abroad,and introduces the industry background and general situation of private hospitals,and then it analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal in H private hospital,puts forward the existing problems and analyzes the reasons.And DRGs performance appraisal theory is the most suitable theory for the development of H hospital.And the use of DRGs to achieve the distribution of the work.Based on DRGs performance appraisal to fair and just the design.And the paper introduces the principles of the doctor's performance evaluation,the hospital performance management,bonus allocation,integrated bonus management process design.The performance appraisal feedback for employees to collate and adjust the process of performance appraisal,we should conduct performance communication,constantly revise the performance appraisal plan dynamically in the performance appraisal,and implement dynamic appraisal.And designing reasonable salary guarantee system and reasonable performance management guarantee measure in performance management,setting up performance appraisal groups,analyzing the result of performance appraisal to delete deficiencies.In order to enhance the enthusiasm of doctors to improve the quality of medical treatment of patients,and reduce the cost and average length stay in the hospital of patients.To lay a good foundation for the development of the hospital,performance appraisal is also play an important role in the basis of human resource management,and the strategic development of the hospital.Through the optimization design of the performance evaluation scheme of the H private hospital,it has improved the enthusiasm of doctors and made some contributions to the development of the private hospital.
