| Objective:comparing of the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic Single-versus Double-row Sutrue-bridge repaird in massive rotator cuff tears. Methods:According to inclusion criteria,91 patients who,s rotator cuff was tears and arthroscopic rotator cuff repair was performed between 2012-1-1 and 2016-1-1 were taken in,46 patients in Single-row repair group,25 males and 21 females, average age were(50.9±5.7),Length of tears are(3.83±0.56)cm.45 were bring into Double-row Sutrue-bridge group,24 males and 21 females, average age were(50.9±6.2),Length of tears are(4.03±0.63)cm.Research Indicators Range of motion,VAS score、Constant score、UCLA score、ASES score、Retearing rate.Results:Finally,91 patients were followed up with an average of 12~14(an average of 12.4)months.At 3 and 6 months after operation, the Constant score(58.4 ±9.8)and(71.2 ±8.8)scores in the double row repair group were higher than those in the single row repair group [(51.9 ±8.4),(67.1 ±7.9)].At 3 months after the operation, the ASES score [(71 ±6.2)] was higher than that of the single row repair group(68.3 ±5.7).6 months after surgery, the UCLA score and the abduction angle [(24.5 ±2.6),(134.7 ±12.2)] are higher than that of single row repair group[(23.0±2.4),(126.7 ±17.9)],At the end of the follow-up retear rate of double row suture-bridge group(15.6%)was lower than that of single row the repair group(34.8%),the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:For rotator tears larger than 3 cm,Both of the methods can effectively improve shoulder joint function and symptoms, and achieve satisfaction of patients at 12 months after operation. The double row suture bridge technique has obvious advantages in the early stage of the operation, promoting healing and reducing the rate of postoperative retear. |
