Objective:To explore the imaging effect and treatment effect of the ultrasonic microbubble modified by TATp and SDF-1 carrying docetaxel lipid in metastatic lymph node lymph node of tongue cancer.Method:Made a control study with the VX2 cervical lymph node metastasis in rabbits model,SCC-15cell and the ultrasonic microbubble modified by TATp and SDF-1 carrying docetaxel.The rabbit model is divided into A,B,C and D group,respectively deal with blank microbubbles?A?,targeted microbubbles?B?,drug?C?and blank?D?.The resultsweretestedbymeasuringlymphnode'svolume,immunohistochemistry,and apoptosis.Result:The ultrasono-graphy revealed metastatic cervical lymph nodes.Thetumorinhibitoryratesineachgroup were5.3%?25.4%?22.3%?0%,Comparison between groups shows:PAD=0.436,PBD=0.010,PCD=0.008,PBC=0.723.The positive rate of p53were:?29.8±3.3?%,?3.8±2.8?%,?3.8±3.1?%,?30.8±3.6?%,Comparison between groups were PAD=0.663,PBD=0.000,PcD=0.000,PBC=1.000.Conclusion:Diagnosis observation of tongue of metastatic lymph nodes by ultrasound,the drug loading ultrasound TATp and SDF-1 modified microbubbles can enhance lymph tissue development,has a certain therapeutic effect,can provide reference for the clinical treatment of tongue cancer cervical lymph node metastasis.
